So Iāve slipped up a lot. Although I love everyone I follow sometimes it gets very discouraging following a whole bunch of people who have already reached their goals! Iāve started looking at myself in a very bad light and because of this I have slipped up even more. Iād really like to follow some people who have slipped up or havenāt yet reached their goal weight; so please reblog! And this is basically all through trust because Iām going to be following everyone who reblogs this unless you writeĀ āfor my followersā or something along those lines but Iām not too worried because I love discovering new fitblrs no matter what!Ā

Slow and steady?
286 today. Slow and steady...right? I've been still walking/running every day. I'm up to 25 min of continuous running, which is a huge accomplishment for me. Went to Jasper the last couple days with 4 of my chicklens. Did a 3 hour hike yesterday. It felt good. My problem is I want results faster. I know it doesn't work that way...I just wish it did. It took me awhile to get to where I am...and if I want to keep the weight off, it will take me a bit to get there too. I'm just not a very patient person. The struggle is real.
Goodbye 300's!
I know I don't ever post on here...and hoping to be more regular. I've been watching my calories and started training for a 5km. Running/walking everyday with a break on Sundays. Stepped on the scale this morning and I am now 298.00! Over the moon. I can do this. It's a long process but I need to keep believing I can succeed!
Back at it again
It's been a year and no where closer to where I want to be. I started walking and watching what I eat again on Monday. Hoping this time, I will make some time for myself. Work on me!
Bad day
Today my MIL is going in for surgery. Breast cancer. Anytime I'm down I go for food. Trying to fight it.

How did I get here? Iām a mom of six very active kids, from 13 to 2, have an amazing husband and weigh over 300 pounds. I just joined weight watchers and Iām going to start my journey. My number one goal is to go skiing with the family next winter. Just going to enjoy the journey to make that happen. I know it will be hard work but Iām sure I can do it!
