Apparently my body just won't let me lose weight anymore😐 this sucks
All of tiktok is calling me fat, they arnt wrong. I need to lock in again. I thought I looked good💀💀

“Oh, I’m fasting, but I’m incredibly bored!!“ — so what I’m hearing is that you have nothing to do except eat? Or you eat when you’re bored..? Well, that needs to be fixed, but fear not, that will come with time. Keep fasting by the way, you’re doing great! So well in fact that I’ve actually compiled a list of things that you can do to keep yourself occupied!!
1. Make a playlist
2. Find some new music
3. Listen to music!
4. Take a shower
5. wash your hair
6. cut your hair?
7. dye your hair, even?
8. paint your nails
9. put on a perfume you barely wear
10. brush your teeth
11. put on some makeup
12. make a pinterest board of makeup looks and try them out!
13. wash your clothes
14. lay outfits on your bed and take photos/write them down
15. make some “for when i’m skinny outfits” and take photos/write them down
16. meditate
17. compile things that trigger you (YouTube Playlists, Pinterest boards, Screenshots of tumblr posts etc!!!)
18. Go for a walk
19. Walk to the supermarket and look at food (maybe i just like doing this)
20. walk to ur local train station and go to the mall OR!! walk to the mall (sorry if you live in buttfuck no where 😓)

105. burn your favourite candle because if not now the when?

to whoever sees this, please do not report 4n4 blogs. i cried this morning when i woke up and saw mine was gone. i had an anxiety attack in class an hour later and when i got home i cried more and then ate a pint of (diet) ice cream and considered sh for the first time in years. these blogs are h4rm reduction. everybody here encourages recovery, but a lot of us aren't ready for that ourselves. having a community takes away some of our isolation and self loathing, which at times is the hardest part. 4n4 is the most lethal health condition, and the majority of deaths are from su1c1de, not st4rv4tion.
in the few hours i spent without my blog, i spiraled far worse than any of the time that i had it, and that's as someone with a community outside tumblr. i fear for the people with no support system besides this.
you aren't helping us, you're k1lling us.

Tips for pro-anas!
1. ALWAYS close your websites when you’re down with them, and make sure that you use a private browser if possible. 2. Don’t act like you hate your body in front of other people. 3. Use a rubber band and snap it on your wrist when you want to eat,or if you think about eating, food=pain. 4. Look at food as calories and fat, not food. 5. When your own your period, use it as an excuse to why you’re purging. 6. When you’re at school get out of gym so you can purge. 7. Drink as much water as you can, water DOESNT make you fat! 8. Chew sugar free gum when you want to eat. 9. Only eat if you have to, don’t eat if you don’t want to or don’t need to, the longest you can fast is most likely for 5-7 days, it depends who you are. 10. Chew your food into tiny bites, until it’s like apple sauce. 11. Don’t eat until 7am and don’t eat past 7pm, so you’ll have a 12 hour fast everyday. 12. Have thinspiration in different places, having a gallery for it on your phone help, and you can put it on your lock screen as well. 13. Eat ice when you’re hungry, that can help as well. 14. If you have tumblr them load up your tumblr with thinspiration, don’t use Instagram as thinspo because Instagram will take down your account in no time, tumblr doesn’t really care 15. Don’t tell anyone that you’re trying to loose weight, not even your closest friend (only tell people if you’re overweight). 16. Get clothes that don’t fit you and are too small and hang them up, they should motivate you to loose weight. 17. Do sit ups when you’re bored, also do lunges and squats. Sit ups are critical for weight loss, lunges help you loose weight on your thighs, and squats help you get a cute booty. 18. But smaller bras when you go to the store, so when you loose weight you’ll have bras to wear. 19. Do things that you enjoy when you loose weight THAT ARENT EATING,such as getting your nails painted, getting your hair done, buying nice clothes, etc. 20. Whenever you do eat, eat food 400 and under, split serving sizes in half, it helps ALOT.
