Yo, if you remember when I used to use Tumblr and sort of miss that, I started up a new tumblr with my photos~
Soul sucking, Antoine Geiger
I’m so ridiculously pleased with these. They looked a bit overexposed and out of focus in the camera so i’m not sure how this happened, but i’m so happy it did! We had to get up pretty early on a Saturday to take these, but I think it was worth it!
The dress and headpiece were made and worn by me. It’s inspired by the dress in this Heinrich Mucke painting. It’s made from seven yards of foil printed sari fabric and lined with five yards of polyester suiting. The neckline is embellished with gold sequins and seed beads that I hand stitched on.
And it was made in a week! If you want to read about the process, I have a write up on my blog! And a bunch more photos are posted here!

I built a fortune teller booth and took it out to the desert. I loved seeing how people interacted with it. Here's to creating more in the future.
