You know that feeling when everyone else is eating and your not, and you just feel superior? Remember that feeling, everytime you wanna eat something.
Listen, it's okay If you binged or overate today. Just do better tomorrow, okay?

No more binging. No more junk food. No more "I'll do better tomorrow." No more "It's just a few extra calories."
Everything adds up. Everything makes a difference. Every decision you make about what to eat and drink makes a difference.
If you want to lose weight you have to be dedicated.
You have to chose between flavor and weight loss.
Reasons I want to lose weight
So old clothes will be baggy
To see my weight enter the double digits
To have prominent ribs and hip bones
To have a very noticeable thigh gap
My body will be more androgynous
So that I feel lighter when I run
So people will be jealous of me
So I can look better in cute clothes
My calves won't look so big
My arms will look dainty
How could I binge like that? I'm literally so disgusting I just need to not binge all the time. I'll never get to my goal if I keep eating like this, I need to step it up and make a diet plan.

i was wondering why i felt so hungry all the time. i realized it was because i haven’t been drinking water lately so i had nothing to suppress my hunger. that is most likely why i have been binging a lot lately.
DRINK WATER!!!
