i have spent my afternoon confusedly getting dressed, driving to the store, purchasing a new seed block, driving home, washing the cage, and getting the feeder set back up. i don’t take this much care for my Own nutrition. ive been bullied into a grocery store run by a tufted titmouse. i feel so loved

I might be terribly depressed. But I also know its bad brain lies and i am managing to out-logic the thoughts. Im coping, im managing, I have a system. But its taking all my energy to do so and have little energy for else.

I think I know a way to make a legitimate positive change. The claustrophobia and stress from my apartment is absolutely contributing to this numb misery. I have a plan to, once more, try and make space where we are running out of space.

But the effort it will take is so much... so we spin round and round the cycle.
