since i’ve gotten back into the swing of things and practicing my belly swelling daily, i can literally see myself getting to a new size everyday.

2 weeks ago i could down at max 2 cans of soda and some water ontop of a stuffed gut. now im up to a meal for two, a liter of water and 3 full cans!!! some people measure there muscle growth i like to measure my contrast :) my stuffed stomach gets so big my tiddys have to rest on it… its SOOO hot id never imagine to get so huge :D
