He loves holding you like his personal teddy bear! it makes him feel secure and relaxed knowing you are ok and in his arms! your warmth soothes him to sleep.
Daichi, Iwazumi, Maddog, Semi, Atsumu
He's a wide sleeper but of course, he wants you close. Having you there makes him feel more comfortable.
OK, SO I HAVE A HOLE ASS HEADCANON FOR THIS ONE- mkay so. It's not that He doesn't like cuddling or your touch, He feels quite safe and comfy with you. (I don't like the whole major germaphobe headcanon for him, things don't add up with it but I digress) It's just because He moves around in his sleep a lot and tends to sleep very heavily. So He's gonna wiggle out of the cuddling position yall started in and move around. But He always finds a way to be touching and near you. SO thus the back-to-back position, thank you for coming to my ted talk.

NEEDY ASS BOYS OML-. They crave your touch and relish in it. The feeling of security they have clinging to you sleeping soundly- phenomenal!

He's a messy sleeper, (like look at kuroo, the whole reason He has that rooster hair is cause He sleeps so weird) But no matter what as long as one limb is touching you he's good to go.
Akaashi, Suga, Goshki, Mattsun,
He is not that clingy in nature but he at least likes to feel you close. Just having that touch reassures him your there.
OK HE GETS HIS WHOLE OWN CATEGORY CAUSE HES SO SPECIAL ( also I am aware its sorta but not a cuddle position but idc its cute) He loves gazing up at you and seeing your smile. your lap is so comfy and warm, so of course while you both are laying around hes gonna doze off to sleep.
