65 kg (143.3 lbs) today ! Am I getting there? Yes 👏! But at what cost
It’s been years now, I can’t…..
But I must keep going or 💀 trying, there’s no other way
Just went down to 69kg today , haven’t seen the 60’s in years 😭😭😭
There are times of the month when you "will not " lose weight , you’ll only gain weight no matter what you do, it’s hormones, stress, water retention , etc … just stick to your plan , you drop again after a few days. But if u stop you will most definitely really regain
Remember when nothing works!
~ Pure protein will always work
~ Omad with cal limit , will always work
~ low indulgence to not binge , will always work
~ "later, just not now!" Will always work
~ "you can eat whatever you want, just small amounts!" Will always work
~ low carb, very low sugar, high protein,, will always work
~ eating proteins when wf@sting to keep going, will always work (remember ur goal isn’t the number of hours, but the purpose)
~ long term steady success over immediate results/ perfection,, will always work
~ "there are no failures, just small breaks" mentality, will always work

How much is a bingeee?!?
Can we all please agree on a number or at least a range, say example more than 900cal is a binge?! I don’t know 🤷♀️
Some of you say you ate 500 cal after st⭐️ ving for god knows how long, and call it a binge?!??? No u didn’t binge, you barely insured your survival!?
Or some say they binged cause they ate because they’re sick… again that’s survival
I’m genuinely confused at this point…..
Every month is the same cycle: lose 4kg (8.8lbs) then gain 2kg (4.4), then tell myself next month I’ll do better
Whhyyy
Why i’m doing this?
- Because I once had breakdowns every time i wanted to go out, cause i didn’t want people to see how disgusting i got
- To be considered a person with feelings again.
- To wear whatever i want without thinking too much: almost anything looks good on a skinny person!
- To feel light: when standing up, after waking, basically all the time!
- Smooth movements
- Feeling cold all the time even in summer
- To feel empty/ clean
- Small wrists/ collarbones/ thigh gap/ jawline
- To prove to them and myself who I really am
- Buggy clothes/ boots/ leggings combo
- Be hugged and called small and dainty, fragile!
- To like what i see in the mirror, even a little
- Small clothes (s, xs etc etc)
- Wrapping my arms around myself and feeling so small
- Small legs when sitting down
- To prioritise myself above most stupid things and people in my life
- Feel free, confident, clear headed
- Prove to myself i can do anything
- to never be completely mentally crushed ever again, cause at least I’ll be skinny
- stabilising many health issues: skin/ gut/ hormones….
- to give myself hope that I will eventually be able to master other parts of myself and my life

Here’s a little riddle for everyone:
• I decide on a water fast, and just when everything is going well, I break it.
• I always tell myself I won’t go to dinner to my family’s unless it was within my plan, but always ended up going whenever they call like a puppy.
• I always put myself last, prioritise everyone’s feelings/ moods/ life, even if they don’t even care a little about mine.

Tip: coffee helps a ton obviously (why aren’t we talking enough about this)
(My wf isn’t pure, had few bites here, max 30cals a day, plus unfortunately there’s no way I’ll have coffee without a splash of milk and 1 sugar 🥲, losing around 1kg/2.2lbs a day so far)
