âĄ200-700 calories a day
âĄI round up calories by a lot! Anything 0 to 15 cals is 25c any anything more I round up to the nearest 50 or 100. (Plus I heard a lot of food has hidden calories in it, true or not gotta be safe)
âĄI only eat whole grain toast, grilled chicken, lean turkey, veggies, fruit, 5 cal sugar free jello,gum, and 0 to 5 cal drink
âĄAlgee Omega-3 vitamins, Fiber gummies, Vitamin D gummies, Maginizuim vitamins
âĄAttempt to drink a gallon of water a day
âĄStrength training
