I Keep Forgetting to Try Making Silly Polls, Here Have One
As we've posted before, the original A Wonderful Life trio each have their own preferred weapon, shown in the official manga panels above. Nami, with nunchaku, Cecelia with a rapier, and Molly with... a shotgun. One of these seems more effective than the others. In any case, since the original release, a fourth heroine has been added to A Wonderful Life... So, this begs the question:
What would Lumina's weapon of choice be?
Katar
Kusarigama
Bo Staff
Flora
Actually, she doesn't use a weapon, she practices jeet kune do
The Power Loader from the movie "Aliens"
A Tommy Gun
Chainsaw
A Brick
Pyrokinetic powers

I'm still learning, I would just like to know what do you consider your style? As well what tips do you have for someone looking to draw in a similar style as a beginner?
hii! well i would consider it an anime/manga style seeing as that is where most of my inspiration comes from. people have also described it as looking similar to old shojo manga so if you would like to study those i say any CLAMP works is a good start.
as for How i actually draw i will try to explain:
For lineart I use soft pens to achieve that soft look lol. If you have Clip Studio specifically I use a pen called SAI PAPER BRUSH. Similarly any sketchy brush/pen will do.
For painting I use the gouache brush. I first fill the shapes with a base color. Usually this is the skin color but you can use whatever color you feel like using. Then I add the rest of the colors while making sure to blend where needed. This is all on one layer btw separate from the lineart. For extra depth if i want i can add another multiply layer and add deeper looking shadows.
Sorry im aware thats like a very vague way of putting how i do things lol. theres like a million lil steps in between. perhaps ill make a lil tutorial someday :'
im not much of a teacher !! i will say tho you have a lot of free resources courtesy of the internet. There are so many tutorials on youtube nowadays! do take advantage of it and good luck^^b
I just got my Popuri and Celia charms today, and they look even better in person 😭💖💕
