Kakashi lowered his book and with his lone eye he glanced at the Uchiha. “I like reading..and I dislike..hm..well, I don’t really feel like telling you my hopes and dreams and what I dislike, it matter not” He drawled in a bored tone.

They went on to do the bell test, they had eventually passed, no thanks to Naruto and Hianata. Kakashi saw great potential in her, he saw a potential godess, a warrior, he had seen her in action, she was graceful and lithe. But slow and fearful. What he saw was a potential weapon, in the right hands she could become a very dangerous and lethal weapon, he hoped that she never ended up in the wrong hands. Kakashi also had noticed her fashion choices held her back, made her slower. Why she wore her bulky jacket he didn’t know.

Kakashi gave all three a thin white piece of paper. “I want each of you to touch this piece of paper with your chakra, if it splits, your chakra affinity is wind..if it burns it is fire..if it crinkles..lightening..if it gets wet, water” He instructed. Hinata shyly took the paper and put chakra to her thin fingers, the paper crinkled and the edges burned. Kakashi wasn’t surprised. So, she had fire and lightening, what a deadly combination.

She shaped her mouth into an O shape in surprise. She had had no idea her affinity. She had always thought it would be water. Her clan wasn’t big on using elemental jutsu’s but stuck with their own Hyuga methods. Kakashi knew this and he knew that he would try and break her out of that method, she could be so much more, if trained properly.

He saw potential in the Uchiha too. Much potential, even more so than the Hyuga. He knew all about them and how highly skilled and intelligent they were. He didn’t have much hopes for the blonde, he seemed clumsy and slow, but he still wasn’t sure, maybe the kid would surprise him. He was concerned with Sasuke though, the hatred he had seen in his dark eyes was quite scary. He would have to keep an eye out on him.

Hinata sat in between her two new team mates. She was nervous, excited, and shy. She his behind her long dark indigo hair, that curtained her face, her bangs falling above her brow in a fringe. Kakashi had to start with her didn’t he? She poked her two fingers together nervously.

“I..M-my name is..H-hinata Hyuga..I ..I l-like- Could you speak up, dear? I can’t hear you” Kakashi interrupted, his orange book in front of his face.

She turned read and took a deep shaky breath. She spoke louder, her voice still soft..“M-My..my name is..H-hinata Hyuga..I..I like..l-looking at the..s-stars and the moon..I..um..d-don’t like..m-mean people or b-being picked on” She said shyly, her cheeks pink.

That had been very difficult for her, she had never been a true Hyuga. Hyuga’s were hard, cold and controlled their emotions, none of which she was or could do. At least that was what her father constantly told her.

Kakashi raised a white brow..”And?” He asked her. She turned redder, “Wh-what?” She asked feeling like a moron. Kakashi must of pittied her because he never snapped at her and seemed to be patient with her. “What is your goal?” He asked.

Hearing that question, all shyness and nervousness left her. She lifted her chin. “To become strong and to beat my sister and become heir” She said firmly.

Kakashi stared at her a bit and then nodded. “Sasuke?” He asked the ebony haired boy.

She looked at Naruto to her left, He seemed friendly, dumb..but friendly, to her right she glanced at Sasuke, he had to be the most georgous being she had ever laid eyes on, but he terrified her, he was so dark..cold. He’d make a wonderful Hyuga, she thought to herself..yet..he seemed darker than any Hyuga. He was also a mystery. It was no wonder he had a ton of fan girls.

Was she one? She wasn’t sure..she found him too intimidating, was she attracted to him? Well she would have to be blind not to be, but she would never have the guts to pounce on him as Sakura and Ino did.

When he undone her bonds she sat up quickly but was immediately held still by him. Her eyes went to his neck and she swallowed hard. She could smell his blood. It sang to her. She quickly turned her head away.

When he asked what her bite looked like she slowly moved her long indigo haor off her neck. There were to black and purplish holes on her neck..as if two long fangs pierced her neck.

The smell was over whelming to her. God she was so thirsty.She felt her fangs extend and she slowly turns to look at him. His neck. Just one taste. One time…it would quench this undying thirst.

“Your..neck..come closer” she whispers. It was loud enough for him to hear. Her eyes glazed over with a crazed thirst. She opens her mouth, revealing two fangs. A curse mark. That was what this was in a way.

“My neck..?” Furrowing his brows, he’s unsure of whether or not to trust her. Was she trying to get a look at his own curse mark? Considering it was removed over a year ago, that couldn’t be it. That, and the fact that Hinata was still unaware of his identity. Inching closer, he doesn’t bare his neck like she asks, instead inspecting what she was trying to show him a bit more closely. Fangs? Perhaps what he assumed was some jutsu learned from her dog loving teammate wasn’t a fluke after all.

Pulling back almost immediately when he realizes the look she has, he bites his lower lips. This girl, she looked… hungry. The dangerous kind of hungry. Not the type his blond teammate presented when he wanted to scarf down more noodles, but the kind that he recalls twisted people like Orochimaru having. Like there was something she wanted to take from him. Something she was desperate to take from him, actually.

The dots begin to connect in his head, and he isn’t sure what to make of all of this new information. A bite in her neck, no curse mark, but an actual bite into her neck, sharpened fangs and that look? “Have you attacked anyone yet?”

She shook her head..her glazed over gaze still on his throat. "No..I..I am so thirsty though" she said, pure hunger in her tone. Just one drink. One. Is that too much to ask? She has never tasted blood, she has so far refrained from doing it ..so how can she have such a hunger for something she never tasted?

She wanted it with a very frightening overwhelming passion that bordered on insane desperation. A frenzy is what one would call it.

"Please..I beg you..please..just one taste" she pleaded, her voice slightly shaky from her frenzied hunger. It was almost tangible ..her hunger.

The blood. The treasure was just underneath that fragile flesh. She leaned closer..then it hit her..the scent of it and all was lost. She lunged at him, her mouth open and her fangs flashing.

“Fine, if you must know, I was ..bitten. Now I ..I am sick and I don’t trust myself around others, I am looking for a cure” She explains, not daring to say the V word. She slightly opens her eyes and hisses, immediately feeling a sharp burn. “Get me out of the sun..into a shade, please,” She asks of him. She grits her teeth as her pale flesh slowly reddens from the heat. “Augh, it hurts..the sun hurts” She moans.

Then it came to her, hindsight really was 20/20. She should of went along with him when he had mentioned jutsu. She could have told him it was a jutsu she was wielding, but then what excuse would she have used as to why she ran? No, maybe it was good that she had told him the truth.

Growing more and more confused by the girl’s words, he isn’t quite sure what to make of them. If this wasn’t some kind of jutsu, then why was she changing? Maybe she really was sick, like she was making it out to be. He doubts it could be anything that harmful to the village like she claims, though.

“Bitten..?” Raising a brow behind his mask, Sasuke crosses his arms as if to try and humor the situation. So something biting her and making her sick required her to run away from the village, and become something dangerous. Right, like he was actually going to believe - wait.

This sounded oddly familiar. Sasuke’s breathing came to a small halt as he contemplated questioning her on it. Perhaps she was explaining it wrong, but it loosely sounds similar to him receiving his curse mark, all those years ago. He was bitten, and turned into something terrifying without his will at first. Was she..?

No. There was no way, Orochimaru wasn’t doing that kind of thing to Leaf shinobi anymore. They had a close eye on him. “Where were you bitten? Let me see.” He asks immediately, taking the kunais out of the ground and therefor freeing her from the wire bonds. He takes hold of her though, pulling her out of the sun like requested and setting her up against a tree, crouched down before her and looking at her intensely through the eye holes of his mask. “Did a mark show up? Does it look like…” He pauses, unsure of how to reference his own mark without giving away his identity. “Never mind.”

Neji slammed his hips back and forth, delivering one thrust after another after another. Palms cupped her cheeks, gazing into her, his body keeping a steady rhythm.

He didn’t want to break down, he didn’t want to cry or display any weakness yet here he was on the brink of an emotional breakdown. How can one feel so much misery and pleasure all at once. It dumbfounded him.

“We will run…together.” Unable to maintain any focus, he filled her inside full of his liquid, arms hugging her as he rode at the powerful release.

She nodded and held onto him, as he were her lifeline, she panted as they finished and she buried her face into his neck. “After tonight, after the meeting, we will run,” She said.

Soon enough the time came to greet her supposed future groom. Looking at him turned her stomach. He looked like a creep. She sat at the table, joining him and Neji and her Father and sister. She saw a glass of wine had been placed next to her plate, she slightly smirks. This was perfect. She takes a healthy sip, letting the liquid warm her insides. Soon, her future husband will want nothing to do with her, she was sure.

Thank God for alcohol, she wouldn’t have any guts to do this otherwise. No one knew, not even neji, the effects it had on her.

Ten minutes later, she feels the desired effect. She looks at her future groom and smirks, “So, you are to be my husband, correct? Are you any good in bed? I like it rough and hard, on all fours while you fuck me like wild- HINATA!” Her father boomed, interrupting her sentence.

She looks at her father, “What? Can a woman not ask valid questions to the man she will no doubt sleep with?” She asked.

“What do you mean by that?” He asks, squinting as he watches the girl look up at him, listening to her complaints but not complying to her request. The bond holding her down shouldn’t have been that painful, they were simple wires, he’s sure the kunai did not scrape her, so why was she in some sort of pain? What was it originating from? Glancing back up to where she was looking, the sky, he wonders what it is that is causing her to hiss, was the light that bothersome?

She seems really distraught by the idea of going back to the village, it draws his curiosity out more. “Why can’t you go back to the village, what do you mean when you say you can’t be around others?” His questions grow more demanding, looking back down to her. It wasn’t necessarily his job to find out what she was or how she was bringing them danger, the Hokage stated that things would be handled when she was brought back, and the job of an anbu did require a lot of following blind orders - but if Hinata posed any threat to him on the journey back then Sasuke was justified in knowing.

At the sight of her now bared teeth, Sasuke almost falls back in surprise. He adjusts his footing instead, keeping his crouched stance before her and looking a bit confused. Maybe she learned it from that one teammate of hers, Kiba. Yeah, that must be it. He had plenty of jutsu that involved growing sharp teeth. Not ones he was familiar with, though, so he tries to keep his guard up. “I’ll only untie you when I’m positive you don’t pose a threat to me and will willingly return to the village. I’m not doing that with you acting out like that. So either answer my questions stop whatever jutsu you’re doing.”

“Stop where you are” The words rang out, her body stilled. She looked back and saw it was ..an anbu. Their chakra was ereeily familiar. Damn, they had caught up to her. She couldn’t be seen like this. Well to be fair, she looked the same, but inside she was different. She turns back around. Maybe they were not talking to her. Idiot, you are the only one around! she scolds herself. She takes a step, hesitates. It was one anbu, she could take them, but the thing was, she didn’t want to hurt anyone.

Her throat burned. It was so dry. She closes her eyes and decides to make a run for it. She opens them and runs. She was fast but not any faster than..before. Before she was attacked. She took off, ducking and swerving the trees and long limbs that were like skeletal stretched out arms, ready to grab hold of her.

Scrapes appeared on her face as she ran. He was closing in, he was so fast. Her foot caught on a root and she went flying forwards. A yelp left her as she hit the ground. Damn it, this was not what she had planned, this was not how this was supposed to go! She quickly got to her feet again, and continued running, but it was too late.

For a moment, Sasuke thought he would actually have to fight. The stance Hinata took, the look in her eyes, it gave off a hostile feeling, like she was contemplating whether or not to attack. So he braces himself as he leaps down from the branch, red eyes squinting to get a good view at her, and before he knows it, she’s off.

What..?

So apparently she wasn’t preparing to fight, but rather to run. Snapping out of his confusion, Sasuke darts after her, refusing to let his target just disappear when he’d already caught up to them. Goddammit, why couldn’t she just stay put? No one ever stayed put. “Hinata, stop running!” He tries again, not wanting to use force as he was instructed not to harm her, but if it came to it he may just have to to get her to cooperate. Eventually the Uchiha figures that he won’t have to, as the kunoichi was tripped by a stump and hit the ground fast.

From their time growing up together, he could recall that Hinata was not clumsy, Sasuke wonders just what has her so shaken up. Not taking any chances, he grabs a few of his kunai, along with a roll of wire string. Tying the wire into each kunai, he manages to fling them along either of her sides before she can get up, the wire working as a bond to keep her tied down. Walking up to where she lay, he crouches down before her, eyeing her despite still having his mask on. “Now just what are you running away from..?” He mutters more so to himself, he knows there’s little chance she’ll give him a viable answer. “I’ve been ordered to bring you back to the hokage.”

Hinata grunts as the wires bind her arms to her body. "Damn it..y-you don't understand..I..I can't go back to the village" she protests. Her face in the dirt. She rolled onto her back and spit some dirt out onto the ground.

"Please, you must listen, I can not be around others..not yet" she pleads. The wired hurt, digging into her skin. She gazed upon the guy that stood over her, just a slight shadow against the beaming sun. The sun she had tried to escape. "Ouch..please.." The sun burned her eyes. She made a hissing sound and bared her teeth. "Let me go!"

This was not good..but if she was patient maybe she could bide her time until he untied her. She squints her eyes not completely closing them. Tears leaked from the burning sensation. Thank God the whole sun thing was a myth. Sorta. It did hurt her eyes very bad.

She could smell him. His blood. Damn it. Why did they have to send someone after her? Her note had explained that she was a danger to the village. Did they not understand that?
