With September 11th being tomorrow, I think itâs good to remind everyone that 9/11 does not and has never given anyone a free islamophobia and hatred pass. This day is a day for rememberance, not a day to blame a whole religion for the actions of a few who do not represent Islam.

all the pictures are taken from pinterest, none of them belong to me

seeing black women cap for bts is so infuriating like are we just going to ignore their whole racist past or how violently racist their fandom is?
like megan girl they are only up your ass now because it benefits their boys. when you dropped wap they were against you and your blackness all together.
listen i love beyonce, but that love is a nostalgic one from growing up with her music since i was a baby.
so why is that when beyonce and jayz are rightfully questioned about their contribution to capitalism, people, particularly die hard stans, go off the handles?? no one is hating on her, they are just saying âthis advertisement donât sit with me the right way and i want to let you know why this is wrongâ
because no matter how you spin it, a black women wearing a blood diamond that was taken from south africa should not be celebrated unless tiffanyâs was thinking of giving it back to the people they stole it from.
"Fast fashion" is kind of a useless term when "high fashion" is equally guilty of pushing trends, perpetual renewal, and excess consumption, using cheap materials and labour, commodity fetishism, etc...
Sustainable fashion is the fashion you already have in your closet. It's the clothes you don't buy. It's the garments you cherish and care for and mend. The faux division between fast and high fashion allows people with money to continue unsustainable habits under the guise of it being sustainable and this contained consumption feeds into the pervasive role of fashion in social capital, which is a massive contributing factor in lower income classes continuing to consume fast fashion in what is de facto excessive but nonetheless "necessary" to participate in society...

Stop preparing for the worst, expect Godâs favor everyday He loves you and He works overtime behind the scenes for your good.
First, Athletes not allowed to wear BLM protest clothing specifically
Next, banning black swimmers from bigger wearing swim cap that are designed for Afro texture hair
Next, not allowing swimmer to use a Black owned brand of swim caps
Next, forcing Caster Semenya, an African Woman with a natural higher testosterone level to either compete with men or get put on hormones to compete with women
Next, this BS with Sha' Carri and their over punishment of Black athletes
Next, Playing all these mental games with Simone Biles to try and fuck up her confidence
Next, underhanded comments over Serena choosing to not compete this year
Next, all the mfs tryna strong arm and criticize Gwen Berry for not acknowledging the flag on peaceful protest
Bro, Fuck Yall, Fuck Tokyo and Fuck Olympics at this point.
More to add to this, the Olympic committee has now banned certain moves in gymnastics because Simone Biles was the only one to pull them off.
