Almost a year ago I planned to stop making fanarts but some unexpected things happened in my life and this is where i found peace and escape, even if I barely posted. In the meantime, I realized how much I learned while drawing IY, both technically and about myself. And I took a deep breath and decided to try my hand at my original works (not IY related). I have been drawing since I was a little girl, and now over 30 with 3 kids I wanted to give it a try to become something else, even if I will never be a professional. I would like to ask for your help so my works could reach more people. In return, I try to draw Iy fanarts again, because this fandom helped a lot, and Iy always remains a topic that I like to touch, and it motivates me to try out new things, techniques.

Right now I’m working on a Fourth Wing fanart, and if my kids allow I will hopefully finish it in this year.

Sharing the Prologue of my InuKag Greek Mythology AU

Bound

Sing to me, oh Muse, of the rage of Inuyasha, Toga’s son,

half-mortal from the great InuDaemon line,

of the storied House of Taisho.

One head of Cerberus,

guardian to the Gate of the Underworld.

Rage, yes, rage, goddess -

As lightning crackles and flares across the sky,

so his wrath blazed over the land.

Collared accursed canine,

baying for blood,

howling for death,

he prowled the earth

until he stumbled and fell

into an insidious web.

Declare goddess - only you know! - of the Purifier,

Midnight-haired and starry-eyed Kagome,

Daughter of Midoriko.

The sacred Archer,

healing in her arrows,

wilderness beating in her breast,

serene sleep slumbering in her pale fingers,

crossed paths with the Hellhound

and a timeless flame lit in her guarded heart.

But Fate, foreboding in its stitching,

entwined her to another.

To lunge and strike,

clashing without end,

until an inferno devours the earth and

cosmos.

It was he, the wily Spider,

wicked ancient daemon

Naraku.

Trickster, fork-tongued shapeshifter,

Weaver of lies and deception.

Destined to pollute

to poison

with his miasma,

to wither truth, goodness, and virtue

for the flourishing of foul rot.

Begin, Muse, when the threads first tangled,

All while the capricious Wheel of Fortune was grinding towards its end..

Daemon: here I’m changing the spelling of demon with a form that appears in the Greek. For the purposes of this fic and to align it with canon Inuyasha, consider daemons as the equivalent to Japanese yokai.

“Shit! Kagome!”

Inuyasha had tossed her onto the bed with such fervor she would have bounced off had he not grabbed her.

The merriment on her face wiped the panic from his. Kagome’s hearty laughter filled the room: how prophetic her earlier thoughts had been! His rough-and-tumble nature charmed her endlessly.

“Whoopsie there.” Inuyasha apologized with an impish grin, laying on his side next to Kagome with his head propped up by his elbow. Flat on her back and her guffawing dwindling to a sigh, his other hand secured Kagome to the mattress by her hip. He stroked her there with his thumb, his lips falling into a serious line. “I’ll be more careful.” He vowed solemnly.

Their bodies languidly entwined, Kagome noted a marked comfort in Inuyasha’s closeness. Indeed, there was an ease with which they, two near-strangers, laid next to one another, touched each other; the kind normally forged by countless shared hours and experiences, then refined in the weathering of fine highs and stormy lows. The special sort where, during some indistinct point along the way, there had been a baring open and an exchange of a delicate, sacred piece with the full knowledge that it could never truly be returned. Not in the same condition in which it was given, anyway.

While lost in the admiration of the tiny copper flecks in his irises, the masculine angles of his chiseled jaw and cut cheekbones, the sense of harmony rippling through her, Kagome found something that made her wonder.

Do I know him?

It was illogical, outright unfactual: Kagome had never met Inuyasha before this day.

Yet, down to her bones, it felt true.

And it scared her, the depth of this truth, the way it strummed her soul; that she could recognize a man who was still somewhat of a stranger to her, so she said, “What if I don’t want you to be more careful?”

Jaw clenched tight, his eyes seared into hers and deepened to a rich caramel. Her reiki zinged up her backbone in alert before his youki whipped through the garage like a powerful gust of wind, expanding and filling the room, thickening the air like humidity. It coiled around Kagome’s body possessively, squeezing her on all sides and shallowing her breathing.

She could have repelled him if she wanted, but him restraining her this way..

She liked it.

“Kagome..” Inuyasha swallowed and she watched, captivated by the bobbing of his Adam’s apple. With a barely restrained hunger, he rasped, “Careful who you’re teasin’.” He stood still, unnervingly still; the kind of still of a bloodthirsty carnivore lying in wait, calculating the opportune moment to strike.

A dense mist drifted over her mind, muddying her thoughts. Her skin uncomfortably warm, as if the midday sun beat directly down upon her, Kagome began to pant.

Why is it so hot?

Sweat glistened from her brow and neck, droplets gliding down between her suddenly very sensitive breasts. Desire pooled low in her stomach and her sex clenched, a rather large emission seeping out and soaking her panties.

Inuyasha’s nostrils flared and he growled a throaty, guttural sound, his lips pulling back into a snarl. A distant part of Kagome’s mind knew he could smell it, but she was too hot to be embarrassed. The only thought in her head was the need to peel her suffocating clothes off so he could touch her.

Oh, yes, that was it! That’s exactly what she needed: she needed Inuyasha to touch her. He was water and she was thirst, and she needed a drink. Now. Now or she would boil over and blow away like steam.

Breathing heavily, Kagome flattened her hands on the fuel tank, standing up then bending over so that her wet womanhood hovered above the seat. She sighed in feigned disappointment. “You sure do a lot of barking, Inuyasha,” Eyes half-lidded, she pinned him with a challenging stare, daring him to make the next move. “But do you bite?”

SUMMARY:  It’s happening:  Sango and Miroku are finally tying the knot.  But it’s  far from a smooth event what with possessive ex-boyfriends and new  fiancées, not to mention an incredibly attractive best man.  However, Kagome’s troubles only intensify once the wedding is over.

I painted these sketches a year ago as a character study, because that time I wanted to create a whole story about it (Inukag of course). I had a plot too. But probably I won’t touch this story ever again. So I share, maybe someone find inspiration in them. 💖

(Inuyasha is the head of the military, second prince, Kagome is his general. It’s fellows—>friends—>lovers.)

Sunday obligatory WIP, one of two Kagome and tessaiga pieces 'cause I couldn't choose and I'm making both.

I'm using scraps of paper and at this point I'm 75% sure this isn't supposed to be watercolor paper, it's behaving so off (if it is it's definitely a different kind than my usual and it's weirding me out, but let's see how it turns out)
