I'm OBSESSED. Since I'm all out of my Tazo's (and it's a bit rainy and chilly today), I went for a warm cup of organic raspberry leaf tea from @tradmedicinals. What's in your cuppa?

Buffalo Quinoa Bites! 2 cups cooked quinoa 1 can mashed canellini beans 1/2 bread crumbs 1/4 cup buffalo sauce Preheat oven to 425°. Mix all ingredients together (should be very thick). Form into little balls (mine made 36). Put another 1/3 cup of buffalo sauce into a small bowl. Dip each quinoa ball into the sauce and place on an ungreased non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 24 minutes, rotating every 6 minutes. If you don't rotate them, one side will burn. Enjoy! 35 calories per bite.

Yesterday's breakfast was so good, I think I might do a repeat! Cinnamon raisin mini bagel with almond butter, a banana, shredded coconut & chia seeds with a side of vanilla yogurt.
Maple & brown sugar oatmeal with a banana, peanut butter, and chia seeds. It doesn't get much tastier than this!
