They’re a series of short comics drawn by one of Horikoshi’s assistant under his supervision! They’re called Boku No Hero Academia Smash!!
They mostly focus on the students, but Shigaraki and the villains have their share of the spotlight. In my opinion, the comics with the LOV are the funniest in the entire series … but I’m not very objective.
They give us iconic moments such as this:

AND OF COURSE ICONIC GAY STARGAZING!!!
And to answer your other question, I think most of the volumes should be easy to find in bookshops because I think they’re very popular. If not most of them can probably read online! I don’t actively read them, I just enjoy them as they come and go on my dash, but I looked it up I found some good links that might help you!

Some of them have links and others don’t, but it’s a good way to keep track of which chapters interest you the most. This is a Tumblr run by people who collect the smash chapters and the traduction so you might be able to get more info if you message them!

hello ! im still trying to write! I have not given up yet!
