Hi! About that gif compliation of soft and squishy ksoo you did for anon, can you tell when the 180 turn happened and why? I noticed this too and it got me worried

Probably around the second half of 2014 after he had all these acting roles SM started to seriously revamp his image They wanted that squishy,soft,school boy image that ksoo had to slowly disappear They started pushing his hair up,putting him in suits that gave him a bigger built,he was also quieter and more serious

I mean this was ksoo in 2013 mama

And this was him in 2014 mama

Like tell me there ain’t a difference here The first pic is just your typical cute young idol and in the second he’s handsome,not cute this is someone who had to be taken seriously in the acting world The vibe was totally different

For his behaviour it was a slow process It started in late 2014 then continued in 2015.In 2015 he was more serious but he still looked like had fun in performances

But by 2016 the transition was full!! His hair was cut short they never let him grow it more than a few centimeters now bcuz it doesn’t go well with his masculine image He became very very quiet members had to drag words out of him Also he never makes eye contact with the camera now

Idk for me it’s a combination of him being an actor,being tired of the idol life,closing him on himself and developing a bit of social phobia and anxiety after all the crazy sasaengs exxo had to deal with in 2013/2014.When u have anxiety you dont make eye contact with strangers just like ksoo doesn’t with the camera ksoo was always shy but smth happened that made him even more afraid of expressing and being himself He still does it from time to time but it’s so repressed you can tell hes holding back
