Lately I’ve noticed many people don’t think astrology can be serious so that’s why I decided to make a small Q&A to show some psychology sides of ot.
Who is normally interested in astrology?
People with great 12 house influence (dominant house, house of moon, sun or 1st house’s ruler): this is one of the hardest placement of all but on the other hand it’s one of the greatest. On the lowest level this can make the person feels out of this world when life is happening somewhere else while you just exist and live full life only in your dreams. One day people of 12 house realize that it’s impossible to live like that anymore and they start to look for solution and that’s the moment when they can discover astrology, tarot etc.
People with great 8 house influence: people who needs meaning in life. They need to know the purpose of their existence and before that moment they feels depressed, useless and in some point out of reality too. Normally, people of 8 house use psychology to find the answer but some might use astrology too (because we all know how similar astrology and psychology are)
Pluto in 1/8/12: Pluto is a planet of transformation and the house of your planet shows where you will be challenged the most and become the wisest at. People with 12 house have to come through all their mental barriers to become this wise man who knows exactly what life means. 8 house have to feel what the death means to understand the purpose of life. 1 house will be the most challenging because they have to fall from top, loose everything to understand the worth of life. And after every break all those placements start to analyze themselves and of course astrology is a right tool for it
For who astrology might be useful?
For people with undeveloped Moon. Those who hate themselves, blame everyone else for not letting them to do what they truly want. Depression and emotionally uncontrollable condition, inability to express feelings. Self-harm and masochism. People of this placement punish themselves because it’s exactly what they think they deserve.
For people with undeveloped Sun: they don’t believe in themselves and think they’re not good enough to do things that makes them happy. People who can’t talk about what they like because they feel insecure and uncomfortable about it. They have no opinion or never say it out loud because of weird feeling that they are not allowed.
For anyone who has any mental barriers: feeling that you’re not beautiful enough or don’t deserve to be loved (asc, Venus), problems with anger (mars), living in vacuum and inability to manage the time (Saturn), hard to say “no” to others and yourself (moon, jupiter) and many other insecures.
Astrology can help you to understand yourself: find what exactly causes you troubles to finally live in harmony and find the right solution for it, understand your stong sides and help to improve your weak ones.
For who astrology is closed?
For people who loves to judge others based on one or couple placements. First of all, there’s no bad signs or houses and secondary it’s rediculous to think that sun and moon signs can tell everything about the person (I’ve noticed some people don’t even look at house just at signs and it’s sad)
For sensitive people. I know a real story when a girl decided to act like a Scorpio because of her moon so she wore all black, become more introverted and so on. That’s not how astrology works, guys. Every single post I read and wrote by myself is generalized and you need to analyze the whole chart!!! It means you need to combine the information you read with the description of the house, aspects, aspecting planet’s placement, the information about the house.
And the last category is people who’s interested in astrology only because of love compatibility. Stop it. If you love somebody and it’s sympathetic it means there’s compatibility between you two. Just ask somebody who’s good at astrology to make you a synastry readings if you’re insecure about your relationship and want to get any advice on how to improve it
