If you want to read more about my other ocs . uhhhhh toyhouse. Most of my ocs stories aren't quite fleshed out and are rather clips of what I find interesting or are slowly being strung together.
Java and Ombro are the only ones with their own true stories but Ombro isn't quite all drawn yet and Java's pretty simple. I also have my Planetorators (Planets + iterators. I like astronomy!)
Anyways, all this rambling is to say that if you have questions about my characters I would be oh so charmed to answer them. Genuinely, I love yapping and I post about my characters quite a bit en mass. So, if you're curious, shoot me an ask! I'd be so happy to see it :]
YUUUUUP especially prevalent for wasps and other hated bugs but "did a [blank] write this?" is my most loathed response in general, on the surface it's just people trying to be funny, but also it's just a refusal to engage with the knowledge being presented and challenge the preconceived notions the person has with an animal they hate

Woo-Wee! Art Fight's always a blast, and I certainly had fun. Ironically enough, I'm not as burned as I've been previous years (probably because i took a >week-long break in the middle to visit my qpp 💚) so I'm generally feeling pretty good about things! The end of Art Fight coincides with the start of preparations for school though, so I have that to look forward to :P
Anyways, yeah! I've been chilling.

Attacks!
This year, I managed to make 20 attacks, 3 of which were friendly fire. Is it just me, or do friendly fire attacks count for more this year?
Anyways, here are all of my attacks!
Digitals:
This is usually my medium of choice, but this year it makes up a minority of the attacks I did. Regardless, I enjoyed my time with these! Even if most of them (iirc) took a few sessions to finish.

Rain World:
Rain World?! As a medium??!?!
Yeah, turns out you can use Rain World's arena mode to place down creatures and objects in such a way that they can form a picture! Plus, when you play that arena, it creates a laggy mess of creatures that have yet to crash my gaming laptop lol
A vast majority of my attacks this year actually involve model magic! I got 4 packs which add up to 2 pounds of the stuff! I used 1.5 of the packs for art fight this year, 0.5 of it for personal things, and the rest is just waiting to be used!
You can tell that this is an exorbitant amount of model magic based on how big the sculptures are compared to previous years' figures.
Bonus: I took some pictures of all of these goobers together! As well as the ones I have kept from previous years!

Defenses!
This was the first year that I got a 50/50 battle ratio, meaning I got 20 defenses this year!
Most targeted character: Aviator!

With 6 attacks this year alone, and with 11 attacks since they were added to Art Fight in 2024, Aviator has been a real favorite target!

My snail persona was hit over the side of the head with 5 whole attacks! This being the first year of the snail, I'd call that pretty good!

Didn't really go big on revenges this year, but that's okay. I attacked Moon with Fuckface twice, anyways. All of my other revenge chains are Level 1 lol

Drymm (revenge)
It's no contest, even considering the other mass attacks I was indirectly hit with. Augh, this is real good. My characters are at 0:46 and- and i just rewatched the whole thing. Damn. Gnawing at this.
Fun fact; I was the one to send my characters Drymm's way, and Drymm inadvertently encouraged me to create Splash of Water from Mazarine Depths! (Not just the page on Art Fight mind you; the whole ass character was designed because I needed someone who was Before Salt in my OC local group)

I ran out of images (pain).
Anyways, these are both the first attacks for these two goobers! And they're both really good. I especially like the environmental scene for Student (left); and the detail and stylization on Spines (right).
If I could include one more image, it'd probably be @yaloellie's revenge on my fanon local group. I really like the way they're all shaped! Especially Quartz and Int and Smoke and Deep Blue and Temp and- oh that's everyone. Well, I like them all! Very eatable designs. Very good.
Statistics!
As stated previously, I made 20 attacks and got 20 defenses this year. I ended up getting 2166.5 points, which is about 100 points per attack. This is in line with the average I have gotten over the past few years; 5120.5 points over 50 attacks in total.
Fun fact; this year I did more friendly fires than I did in the two prior years.
My Battle Ratio has been steadily approaching 50:50 ever since I started in 2023. Right now, my overall battle ratio is 59.14%. The competitive side of me wants to try and keep my battle ratio high, but the rational side of me is telling me that I should prioritize my mental health. No use getting burned out, right?
Final Thoughts!
The end of Art Fight ushers in the last few weeks before I return to college, which... will be interesting. Got a lot of labs to worry about, but at least I won't be going through it alone. Unlike this time last year, I have a partner that I can lean on, as well as motivation to continue my education.
Art is an outlet for me, and I am eternally grateful for everyone who I've interacted with over the past year!
Anyways, here's hoping Team Crystal wins! If not, though, that's fine. We all put in a good fight, yeah? Can't wait for next year! Until then, I'm just gonna chill and continue my creative pursuits :3
