Some people think it’s a myth. But if you’re curious, don’t wait. Take a trip. Find it. It’s out there, somewhere in the woods…waiting.

I don't even know what this report is about really, but I think it's along the lines of: A. The news is running out of ideas. B. A bomb of highly condensed and explosive pasta was dropped by a university student. C. Someone REALLY wanted that mac and cheese.

My View on Society

Do you ever feel like the world...is a cruel place to be? Do you ever feel like you can't be who you want to be? Do you ever feel like there is little to no hope left? I feel like there isn't. Not for us as a whole, anyway. What I feel is that we are preventing ourselves from achieving the most we can achieve. Together, I mean. Did someone ever put you down for the things you love? For what you look like? For your hopes and dreams? Did someone tell the others around you to stay away from you, because you're a creep, jerk, or a nerd? Did someone tell you to get a life, to be more like the big crowd? Did someone tell you to whisk yourself away from the world, because your mere presence is a disgrace to society, only because you were different from them? Different. We are all different. We need to acknowledge everyone's existence. No, it doesn't matter what they look like, what they want to do with their life, what drives them. You can't judge someone because they are different than you. You can't judge someone for being an individual who has their own set of virtues. You can't judge! Who are you to judge? Did you stop for a second to realize that we are all going through something tough in our lives? Did you stop to think that every single thing we say makes some sort of an impact on the ones we are speaking to? Did you ever stop to think about what you said, and how that could have put them one step closer to the edge? We can't keep doing this. We are all people. Why are we hurting our own kind? Can't we realize that we are all people who just want to succeed? Our society is disgusting. We've made it into a place where it's okay to put other people down. We've made it into a place where we make ourselves look better by showing off and laughing in the faces of the weak instead of helping them up. We've managed to create an environment where we seek to outcompete and trample the ones we've crushed even further. We've separated ourselves into different sections of the world. We are harassing our own kind, and it's come to the point where we have to separate ourselves even by the way we speak. We are seeking out destruction and humiliation just because they look differently than we do. We've made it our duty to walk away and deny when any of this is said. We've made it okay to laugh and shrug it off, and not make a change. We are afraid to make the change, because they will judge us for doing so. They will judge us for standing out. We are supposed to put down the ones who want a change for the better, because it helps us. The world has become a place where it's alright to just leave problems be, to let them escalate until something bad happens. We aren't passion-driven because of this. It leaves us to criticize the others around us, and that way, we, the larger group, can make it look like we did something for a change. Now, look at everything around you, and I dare you to say that mankind isn't prejudiced. After all, does throwing someone down make you a better person?
