So I just read Horimiya right up to the most recent chapter and while I really like it, I feel the story went into a different direction than I wanted. I found myself not caring about any other characters except the main two. Maybe I wish it was more... just about them two? It felt like the rest of the cast just got in the way. And maybe I'm a sucker for intimate scenes but I felt like there were only a few. And things jumped really quickly within their relationship, like suddenly they are boyfriend-girlfriend without the characters talking about it.

I also keep seeing this story listed as a Shonen so perhaps that's why my typical shoujo-smutt feels weren't satisfied with this story. Lol.

All in all this was really fun and I love the main two characters and their relationship. I just wish we got to see more of just them. I'm excited for the anime too.
