Vintage Sailor Pintuck
OP, hat, cameo: Vintage Belt, socks, bag: Jane Marple Brooches: Taobao / Indie artist Shoes: Offbrand
For my full wardrobe video, click here. The main post can be found here.
I picked up this beautiful vintage dress from another local lolita, so I thought a matching vintage cloche hat would be perfect for this coord. The pintucks are amazing, and the material is quite heavy and plush. The pearl buttons are all functional (I think they’re real pearls too?) and it has a lace sailor collar too.

DIY Herbal Sticks.
Ingredients: Sage, cedar, and rosemary.
1. Hold several stems of herbs together in one hand, all facing the same direction, woody stems together. Wrap the stems together tightly, overlapping a few times to keep it secure, but leaving a longish tail loose (we’ll use this to finish up at the end).
2. The author used half a strand of embroidery thread, but you could use any thin, strong twine. Hold the stems loosely but firmly, and use your hand to smooth the leaves down into a tidy bundle.
3. Keep wrapping, wrap, wrap, wrap – doesn’t need to be too tight.
4. Work your way down the bundle, wrapping with string – when you reach the tip, double back and zig-zag up to the top again. then tie the remainder of string to the loose tail you left loose at the beginning.
5. Ta - da! You’re almost done!
6. Trim off the scraggly bits, and let it dry in a cool-ish place out of direct sunlight for about a week.
Thats it!

Replaced “smudge” with “herbal” if you don’t mind ~
My pictures from last week’s Królikarnia meet up. It was so cold it was hard to pose without any coat!

Does anyone have any black/orange hybrids? When I first made my town it was in the summer so I used only white and purple flowers and it just doesn’t look right in the fall. /:
