York and Carolina have that kind of relationship where he’ll tell her he loves her, and she’ll respond with ‘i know’, but not in a smug, cute ‘who wouldn’t’ kind of way, she knows he loves her, he says it a lot, but after all she’s been through, she’s not even sure she knows what love is anymore, let-alone that it’s what she feels for him.
