I’ve been super duper obsessed with the Tomadachi Life LTD demo lately, just like most people haha, so to quell the beast inside me that craves the full version of the I drew my boyfriend and I’s Miis.

I think they’re so cute and I really loved drawing this even though it took me agesss. I love the style of this game so much teehee

Krill's currently using a model from the game deadlock was before ot became deadlock - Neon Prime, which means his design is also a little up in the air at the moment. If you haven'f already, and want to put some suggestions down, you can make an account on the deadlock forums and submit a private art dorection thread to give your thoughts.

also also, my current favorite line about them was in the winter update prior to the old gods new blood update, where the shopkeeper compares them to a married couple from a christmas short story and it fuels me.

also Piloswine and Swinub are excellent picks in pokemon

I must inquire what you think about Mo and Krill... I love your art of them so much.

I’m so glad you love my art!!! I haven’t drawn in a year and I was sure that drawing them would be too niche to come back with and nobody would see it, it makes me so happy to see others as passionate (and more) as I am about them!

I started playing deadlock directly after the patron update, and they were the first characters I played. I’m a big sucker for those “big character + small character in one” types, I mained Peni Parker in Marvel rivals and the only reason I’ve never drawn them is because drawing mechs is so hard! Since then, Mo & Krill have been the only character I’ve really played! I love their play style, their voice lines, and their designs (Even though Krill is extremely hard to draw right now). I plan on drawing them getting mimosas at the Baroness, Krill writing his book, and a few other drawings based on Krill’s voicelines.

I’ve also been so obsessed with other artists and their Mo & Krill drawings, I really love the creative liberties people have taken with Mo & Kill’s design and as I’m drawing them I’ve been tweaking how I’m drawing them and getting more comfortable gradually!

I love them very much, and I am so excited to keep drawing them :))!!

Some additional facts about me: One of my favorite animals is the Golden mole (both convergent evolutions). I main Reef-Lux in splatoon and Peni in MR (as previously states teehee). And my favorite Pokémon are Swinub and Piloswine!

hey!!! sorry if this is a strange question, but is there a specific sort of reference you look for regarding your food art? it’s so sick and i just wanted to know if you had any tips :)

Hi!! Thank you so much for asking, I’d love to answer!

When I was first learning how to draw food, I actually used a lot of references from other artists and anime! It really helped me learn what the important parts of the drawing were and what I should focus on the most. In most drawings, there are deliberate details an artist includes that you can more easily notice than looking at a real picture. So it really helped me in terms of shapes and shading/highlight.

Here’s some photos of my first drawings and their references

When I started to get comfortable with drawing food and found my style, I started to use more real life food pictures instead of drawings so that I could branch out. It helped me work on my shading and also learn to take into account lighting to make the drawings look more interesting. This wasn’t necessarily something I learned by looking at the pictures, but instead something I learned by realizing if I just copy the pictures then the lighting looked very boring!

I’m doing a sale!!

I’m mainly doing this sale because I have a surgery coming up and I’d like to get commissions in before it so I don’t have to work that much during recovery!

So instead of having 3 slots open, I’m doing 5 slots on a first come first serve basis!

I’ll close my commissions once all slots have been filled :)

EDIT: I just realized the wording might be confusing! So to clear up any confusion- the sale is 25% off the total commission price. And If you were to request the highest price commission (Head-to-toe + Rendered + $15 background + $15 splatoon weapon = $120) you would be able to get $30 off because that is 25% off of $120. So that means it would be the highest amount of money you could get off a commission. I was worried it was confusing and so I just wanted to make sure it was clear!
