I do. So much. It’s like I want to crawl inside your skin, I’m so in love with you.Â
Hey–I wanna take you out on a date tonight.Â
-
Mam, should I be afraid you’re going to turn me into a skin suit? Only kidding, I’m so in love with you too. Like, so.Â
Oh yeah? Hoping I put out, huh?Â
travbeck:
Big shoes to fill. And you got some tiny ass feet.Â
You know what they say about small feet, don’t you?
-
Bro, bro, bro! No! I am tall, man, you know what they say about tall guys? Hmm?Â
...That’s right, we’re closer to Heaven.Â
@morgdaley: This post is for my GF and my GF only 👀
kinbuchs:
I love you, you know that?!Â
-
What? You do? I think you told me once, maybe twice at best.Â
travbeck:
Aw, man, that’s cute. You treat my girl right, and I’ll let it happen. –Sorry, that came off more intimidating than I meant. All I’m trying to say is, be good to her. I know you will, but… please be intentional. I want you to be the next Mil and Trav. Just know you won’t ever be as cute as us, though.Â
-
Aha, thank you, bro. Means a lot.Â
And nah, I couldn’t ever dream it. You guys are the OG’s. I just want to follow in your footsteps and I’ll be happy. Ya’ll can have the cute award.Â
kinbuchs:
I might. What are ya gonna do about it, punk?Â
-
Oh, you know what I’mma do...absolutely nothing. You’re dating the Master of Avoiding Conflict, baby, don’t you forget it.Â
travbeck:
I just had to make sure. I’ve only ever had to have this conversation a couple times before, so I’m not sure I’m any good at it…
No, I just wanted to make sure you were being safe, and it’s all out of love and respect for the both you. Your business is your guys’s business, but uh, y’know, I’m just doing my job as big brother.Â
-
Yeah, you know what? Awkwardness aside, as an only kid, I never had older siblings to give me this talk so it’s nice you said something, man. For real though, no one’ll treat Kinley better than me. She’s my future wife. Just like you with Mil, you know? When you know you know.
orionroth:
…it’s fine. I don’t really need it anyway.
-
Shush! You most absolutely need it. Everyone needs a sugar cookie! Here, have half. I’m not that big of a dick.Â
travbeck:
No, you didn’t do anything wrong.Â
You know, I was Nora’s first foster kid, and Mil was number two, so we’re like the resident big brother and big sister for everyone. Um-but-uh, Milania is especially protective of her girls. Kinley is one of them, and because Milania is protective over her, I am also. So I wanted to make sure that the two of you were being…. safe. If you know what I mean.
Jesus Christ, we’re really having this conversation, huh?Â
We’re being safe. To be honest, up until Hawaii we’d never even really seen each other fully...in the nude. I’m a snail, Travis, AKA slow as fuck. You guys got nothing to worry about with us.Â
kinbuchs:
Morgan!! Stop!! The cookies aren’t done yet!!Â
Mm. You gonna punish me for it?Â
orionroth:
God, you’re the worst, Morgan. I was still eating that.
Finders Keepers, baby!
I’m kidding! My bad, my bad. I owe you one delicious sugar cookie!Â
travbeck:
Hey! Boy! Get back here. I gotta talk to you. Milania said so, and you know whatever she says, goes.Â
Ah. Whatever she’s accusing me of doing, I didn’t do it.Â
Unless it’s a good thing - then I most certainly did!Â
Ah, ah, ah, there’s no such thing as leftovers when I’m home! I’ll be taking these.Â
kinbuchs:
In New York, Kinley had a small group of good girl friends. She hung out with her roommates and some girls from the dance program, but other than that, she had her core-four. They would walk around the city together, study together. Kinley knew they had her back and she had theirs. It made her feel safe in such a big, scary city, so far, far away from home. One day, the five girls were doing homework in Central Park. They all had their coffees of choice and were sitting on blankets with their laptops, books, and snacks. They were asking Kinley how long she and Morgan had been together and how he was in bed, and she nervously giggled and told them that she had never slept with him. She let them giggle and gasp and she took the blame, saying she wasn’t ready. She didn’t want to expose that it was him who wasn’t. Slowly, one-by-one, it was revealed that it wasn’t actually her. She wanted to. They didn’t tell anyone though. They kept it private and they never mentioned it after Kinley confided in them. They never mentioned it to Morgan, and they never giggled when they saw him. She knew they were a good group of friends for that. Though no friendship could compare to that of Kylie, Kinley was happy to have some friends in New York besides Morgan. And she was excited to get back and tell them all about their skinny dipping and their adventures if Hawaii.Â
Once the bonfire was just a flicker, Kinley smiled wide. She hugged Morgan tightly and kissed him quick and he peeled his t-shirt off. Kinley covered her mouth as she giggled a little more. “I can’t believe we’re doing this!” She squealed. She pulled her underwear off from under her dress and kicked it over to where Morgan’s shirt lied in the sand. He was already in the water when Kinley threw her hair into a ponytail and stripped out of her white sundress. Naked and free, she ran straight for the water, squealing the whole time. And once both of their bodies were in the water, she swam to him and wrapped her arms around his neck and held on. “God, it’s cold,” she said, her body hanging from his neck, her chest pressed into his back. It seemed less intimate than her chest pressed into his. And to be completely honest, if Kinley had done so, she would’ve wanted to jump his bones right then.Â
They swam and splashed each other, and they tried not to get swept out to sea by the current. They joked about sharks swimming up and nibbling on their arms and legs and shrieked when they did feel fish at their feet. They were caught up in laughing and joking that they–er well at least Kinley–had forgotten that they were even naked. So when she swam over to him to hold him again, she pressed her chest to his and wrapped her legs around him. “I never wanna forget this night,” she whispered into his ear. The light of the moon illuminated Morgan’s cheeks and the droplets of water that hung onto his eyelashes caught Kinley’s attention the most. There was no doubt in her mind that she was going to marry him one day. Absolute no doubt, and that comfortability rested easy on her chest. That comfortability was why she was okay waiting - though she was getting increasingly more impatient. “I love you,” she said, resting her forehead on his shoulder. She kissed his neck a couple times. She picked her head up to kiss his lips with one hand sliding down his chest, but he almost seemed hesitant, resistant… “Sorry,” Kinley retreated. She let go of Morgan and headed for the shore, embarrassed. She never should’ve tried in the first place.Â
As Morgan and Kinley played and splashed around in the water, he imagined what their parents would be thinking of them now. He was sure both of their moms would be thrilled to see them together, though, Kylie was always more loud and outgoing when they were younger, as was Morgan, so their moms liked the idea of the two of them together too. But now, Kylie wasn’t even a thought in his mind. She had never been if he was being honest. Nobody lit Morgan’s heart up like Kinley Buchanan. Still a little tipsy, his eyes trying to focus on her as their bodies bobbed around in the waves, Morgan couldn’t help but smile. He was doing it. Well, some of it. He was nude. He was having so much fun his cheeks hurt from grinning, and he finally knew what it felt like to get one of those pedicures by the tiny fish in the fishtanks at the mall. He was surprised with how much the Hawaiian fishies liked his feet, but as he giggled and splashed and held Kinley, he decided to think about the tropical amphibians at another time.
Morgan and Kinley had been wound together many nights before this one. They were professional cuddlers, because cuddling and kissing was really all they did for a majority of their relationship. Sure, hands got curious occasionally, and Morgan was more of a pleaser than he was one to want to be pleased, but regardless, they were never as closely or as intoxicatingly wound together before as they were right then and there. As Kinley whispered in Morgan’s ear, goosebumps formed all up his arms, and even on the very back of his neck. He realized that this time his heart was thumping with something other than fear. He was...excited. His curious deer-in-headlights expression must’ve come off negatively to Kinley, because in one swift motion, she retreated. Morgan froze for a moment, unsure of what had even happened, and watched as the moonlight shined off of her bare back as she began heading back towards the sand.Â
“Whoa!” He thawed back to life, instantly splashing toward her, “Kin! No! Hey! Wait!” He finally reached her, both their lower bits still somewhat covered in the ocean, and gently grabbed her arm, “I love you.” He breathed, “And I’m having a great time.” It was the honest truth. “Like, a really freaking great time. Like, I don’t want the sun to ever come up again really freaking great time.” He saw the beginning of a smile start to fold back onto Kinley’s lips, and Morgan took the opportunity to lay a soft kiss onto her forehead, both cheeks, and then her lips too. The top of her head was soft and smelled so good, and for a moment, they just cuddled there in the water. Morgan rested his chin on the very top of Kinley’s head, and with her warm face so snug into his chest, he’d forgotten all about the freezing ocean they were playing in. He didn’t, however, completely forget that they were nude together for the first time ever. “...I don’t want to make love to you on the sand...” He began to fumble his words, now insecurely resigning himself, “I mean, because you deserve better than that,” Morgan affectionately squeezed Kinley’s shoulders, “I wanted this to be the best, most spontaneous night you’ve ever had. The best vacation. I know we’ll have a lot more vacations together, and best nights too, but...sorry,” He took a deep breath, sure that his therapist would be proud of him for slowing down, “Can we keep doing what we were doing?...I never imagined I’d even be here with you doing anything like this. I’m having fun. Just...looking at you,” He was sure if it was daylight, you would see him blushing, “Being with you. Kissing you. You’re my dream girl, Kin. I’m never gonna get used to having you. It’s like I won the freaking jackpot.”Â
