“1. Your skin may never be perfect, and that’s okay. 2. Life is too short not to have the underwear, the coffee, and the haircut you want. 3. Everyone (including your family, your coworkers, and your best friend) will talk about you behind your back, and you’ll talk about them too. It doesn’t mean you don’t love each other. 4. It’s okay to spend money on things that make you happy. 5. Sometimes without fault or reason, relationships deteriorate. It will happen when you’re six, it will happen when you’re sixty. That’s life.”

Personal Brand
I have a hard time developing a “personal brand”. . .
I want to establish multiple brands that all amplify some part of my personality. That maybe the wrong way to go about business but I want people to experience the multifaceted parts of myself while they explore the multifaceted parts of their own inner being.
Making an entrance into the fitness and wellness market is so intimidating to me. Not because I’m comparing myself to others - but mostly because I’m worried about harming people. I’ve witnessed many people become discouraged because they can’t follow along with certain programs, do certain moves or because they simply just do not enjoy what is being offered to them.
One size fits all holds no space in my medical or fitness philosophy. I believe that everyone is built differently both physically and mentally. Spiritually, we’re all connected to a higher purpose on this plane. I want to create something that caters each individual’s core needs while making connections that places someone closer to their lives purpose.
