I threw all of his things away. It took me two years. I wear all of the clothes/shoes I used to wear when I was with him. I had them all up on the highest shelf of my closet and wouldn’t ever wear them because I didn’t want the smell of him to go away. I washed all of them and wear them now. It took me two years. I used to romanticize everything he’s ever said or done to me,both good and bad. Now I’m disgusted by any memories of him. It took two years!! I finally told him to never speak to me again. It took me two whole friggin years!!! I blocked him one everything! Again,two whole years!!! I finally realize he is a bad person and I don’t defend him anymore. It took two years. Two years,almost three. What a waste.
