#wip I've got a ways to go before I've mastered this method of painting, but practice makes perfect. I made an ultra smooth silver surface with acrylic, then layered on pthalo blue oil paint. Removing and adding for highlights and shadows. Art all day, art all night Got my bulletproof coffee to keep me going and this idea that I've been experimenting on. It's a work in progress. But, so far so good........ Life has been chaotic, so I thought I'd focus this weekend on getting back on the upward spiral. Here's what I've been working on. (at Montreal South KOA)

Keto lunches: I used to stock pile premade meals during my good days so that I'd be able to have something during depressive episodes. I always knew that they would come, so I became proactive about it. An episode would typically last a couple weeks and would take a while to recover from, so I'd save up a lot of my vacation days at work for when they came. It's been a year since I've had a single episode, depressive or otherwise, but I'm glad I kept up this habit of stock pilling. It feels like a luxury nowadays 😛. Looks like I may have sold the one on the right for 40$ because it's all frippé from the move. It was never meant to be on sale because it's a study of the female form, but the guy insisted.
