DEAR TREASURED GUESTS,

Thank you all for coming to this experimental meeting of Heaven and Hell, an attempt to bridge the gap between our respective sides in order to carry out the Great, Demonic and Ineffable Plans. We hope that this meeting will enable closer workings between Heaven and Hell, and discourage certain individuals from stopping important events in all of the Plans.

I, John (@awayfrom14thcentury, @divusben, and @whisperedsiren) and Whiskey (@notniice and @demonprinceoflust ) have had so much fun preparing for and making things for this event, and we both hope you had fun interacting with other participants, strengthening the relationships between your characters. I’m sure there will be more events and group activities - perhaps even another Meeting of Sides next year?

At the time of posting this, the event has ended. That doesn’t mean you have to stop all threads and answer memes from the Gala, but there won’t be any more memes or fresh content coming from this blog (until, perhaps, next time).

angels, demons, and intruders special guests, tonight is the night (two weeks) of the Meeting of Sides. This post is THE BEGINNING. Well, not the Beginning, but The Beginning. This means you can start making threads, starter calls, opens, memes, and edits of and for the gala. Don’t worry if you’ve started pre-gala events (eg dress shopping, makeovers, etc), but this is IT!

( as long as there is a GO verse, or they are Good Omens related, yes. the other mod is offline rn, so until stated otherwise by them, yes. general rp rules apply to this though. this is meant to be a fun angst ridden event, so please be respectful of everyone's things. so on and so forth. thank you! good evening, if you are receiving this invitation then that means you have been formally invited to the meeting of sides, a dinner event between heaven and hell. the aim of this event is to prevent future... incidents such as the one in recent memory, so there will be no squabbling from the respective sides. there will be drinks, games, music (provided by hell), and poetry readings (provided by heaven), but anything may happen.

REQUIRED

dress code: formal - black-tie optional

dates: having a date is optional, also having more than one date is optional. dates between an angel and a demon are discouraged

fun: some might be had
