        ❧░  ❝Interesting…❞ Grin was quick to turn into a smirk finding his reactions amusing, to say the least. ❝I never said I wanted anything and I certainly didn’t say I want your company.❞An intriguing prospect leaving the Ghoul to hover in his space longer than intended. ❝A good team?❞ Laughter easily escaped the temptress. This was the first time someone has proposed such a deal knowing good and well just who she was behind false glasses and fleeting smiles. ❝Someone’s very straightforward…❞ A proper once over was given inspecting the boy with mild intrigue. ❝Take care of me, Light.❞ Hand moved from shoulder to cheek in what could have been considered a tender gesture. ❝I may be much more than you bargained for.❞

▓ ✝ ▓ It was all according to plan, for both ends it was just a game of chess. Lips followed her initial reaction, smirking along her words that didn’t bother him at all. “And yet here you are.” Light gestured to his dinky apartment which was shared with a few others, “We’re both smart and I’m certain we can make that a big advantage in this city.” The teen didn’t bother to lean his cheek into her palm, instead he kept a sly grin when his arms reached out for her waist. “You can’t be so easily pushed around in this world or you’ll get killed.” And that’s where his methods came into play. Protect the weak and purge the world of the wicked.  “I can manage just fine, Rize.” Light drew closer to the Ghoul, staring into her eyes with his own malicious hues.

What a choice of words…❞ Approaching a pale hand was soon placed upon the boy’s shoulder as she leaned in. ❝It would be stupid of you to keep me as that kind of company but your misguided bravery could be admired, I guess.❞ Words were whispered as lips barely brushed the surface of sensitive cartilage.

Company in this damned place would do us a lot better in figure out what we want.” Or to use one another. “I don’t do stupid things if they benefit me, I think we’ll make a good team.” Light bit his lower lip, eyes narrowing to her lips that barely met the flesh of his ear. “Go out with me, Rize.” Intentions at the tip of his tongue.
