Week 1
Bike goals ✔️
Run goals ✔️

Hit all of my bike goals this week. 2 60 min rides during the week and then a 90 this morning—I did another 30 mins after this pic. And in a huge training winning...I did the brick. My usual training, I always bail after the ride. Go me!
Decisions & goals for 2020. Going for my 3rd Ironman distance next summer, still undecided about location, either Lake Placid or Maryland. But today was a good day to get started. 4 easy miles at the gym this morning.
Starting the new school year, trying to start new habits. Strength training the body—and mind.
The beauty of where I live. Great day for a hike with my amazing daughter.
Not my white lightening, but it’s getting the job done on vacation.
Today’s 30 min “recovery walk” ✔️. IMLP#2 in the books—Sunday was a hard-fought accomplishment. What do I do with all this free time now?
It was supposed to be a century ride, but we cut it to 80. It was hot, and I’m not gonna lie, I was tired!
Had a bike escort for part of my long run this morning. Is it finally Spring? I hope so.
Woke up and decided, no more excuses. It wasn’t fast but it felt good.
Sometimes you have to stop being scared and just go for it. Either it’ll work or it won’t. That’s life.
