Positions murder as an art and using the cinematography to convey that feeling of appreciation of beauty to the audience and sympathise with some of the most twisted minds while holding a sence of superiority over others as you version of debauchery is fine in these specific circumstances

Makes you interpret one of the most horrifying manipulations and abusive situations in the show as a dark romantic love story and makes you root for the villains to win and escape persecution

Then shows you the more horrifically beautiful ending while siouxsie fucking sioux sings a fantasticly gut reachingly beautiful song to close the credits
