Gabe came home last night. Lucifer needed to talk to him today.

"It's fine. It's fine. You're fine." He repeated to himself, pacing in his room.

He invited Alastor over for emotional support. He already knew he was going to start crying during the talk.

"It's going to be fine. He'll help you. You don't need to be panicked about this." He affirmed himself, continuing pacing in circles.

The doorbell rang. He hurried downstairs, nearly tripping, to answer it.

"Hey."

Alastor smiled softly when he saw Lucifer. It was nice to see his best friend, even if they saw each other the previous day.

“Hi, are you ready to talk to Gabe?”

Lucifer nodded. "Yeah." He rubbed his neck nervously. "Nervous."

He allowed Alastor inside.

"Gabe." He walked into the kitchen, where his brother was. "Can we talk?" He asked, standing close to Alastor for comfort.

Gabriel was reading something on his phone, but put it away when his little brother asked for his attention. "Yeah, what's up?"

Lucifer nervously looked at Alastor. "Um.. How do I... talk about this..."

Alastor took Lucifer's hand and squeezed it.

"Just tell him what happened," he whispered, smiling softly.

Lucifer took an anxious breath. "Um." He looked at his brother. "So... About Lilith..."

He told Gabriel everything. The abuse, the manipulation, the threats, everything. He showed Gabriel his healing bruises as proof, showed him his texts with her.

By the end of it Lucifer was just trying not to cry.

"So... That's it..." he mumbled.

Gabriel processed the information. "Why didn't you tell me sooner?"

"Didn't know how..." Lucifer shrugged. "I was scared."

Lucifer was offered a hug, which he hesitantly accepted. "I'm sorry..." he mumbled.

"No, Don't apologize. It's okay. You're safe." Gabriel promised.

Lucifer bit back a sob, pulling out of the hug. "So... what now?"

"Well, what do you want to do?"

The blonde hesitated, unsure. "I want to stay away from her. Is there a way to like... enforce that?"

"Restraining orders. They can be hard to get, though. Legal bullshit."

Alastor mulled over possibilities in his mind. "Honestly, I think you could just threaten legal action and that may be enough for her to back off," Alastor added.

Gabriel nodded. "Might work. It's worth a shot."

Lucifer scratched his arm nervously. "What if it doesn't work, though?"

"Then we figure out something else." Gabe said. "I'm not letting her hurt you, Lu."

Alastor squeezed Lucifer's hand again. "It'll be okay," he muttered, looking into his eyes. "She's just teenage girl."

Lucifer squeezed Alastor's hand back and nodded. "Yeah. it.... It will be fine."

He took a couple deep breaths. "It'll be okay.." He murmured.
