In modern fantasy worlds, do you ever think that sometimes the prime humanoids to protest against zoo's or aquariums would be mermaids or harpies? Or maybe even werewolves?

I feel like fantasy racism would be like this. Creatures that used to be depicted as hostile or usually ended up endangering other races are the victims. And people like elves and Etc would be revered and most likely be racist towards the other mythos.

If sirens existed irl do you think legally they can't have access to weapons? Their singing is deadly in itself. In a fantasy world would sirens who still lure and kill sailors out to sea be considered criminals or wild sirens? Would sirens considered citizens of land be considered domesticated sirens?

If mindreaders existed in court of a fantasy world I feel like they would be banned from being lawyers. Or if a mind reader is a lawyer. There has to be an official position in court for another mind reader just in case the other mind reader lies about what they heard w mind reading.
