Sonny boy is the literal definition of why I love anime so much. It feels like a fever dream decorated with all the little details from reality that we forget to notice on our rush through existence. It fuels your imagination and makes the cogs and wheels in your brain question who you really are, who you used to be and what details of yourself you’ve lost and found. The magic of finding yourself in all these characters and piecing yourself back together to live in the small things in life and shed happy tears for the sound and colour the rain and cicadas make in an endless summer break… I miss the feeling this anime fuels me with every minute I’m not watching it… and I will always reach for the light…
