Add new hobbies to your habits🩷
Sometimes you just need to take a step back to bring your motivation back.There a few things that you could add to your night time routine to start your next day much better.
•Start journaling (It'll help you to heal your inner child and also helps you to be more grateful for the things that happens to you)
•Do skincare (It could help you to relax and also it's important to take care of you face)
•Reading (Reading helps you in so many ways,I prefer psychologic and self grow books,If you are interested I can recommend a couple:))
•Start a new hobbie (I always wanted to try painting,pastry and yoga.I decided that I'll start these hobbies in 2025)
•Watch a movie (If I have a bad mood I'm watching my fav movie so I don't think about bad things until then)
•Make time with family or friends (Maybe you don't feel like this sometimes but they'll always be there for you and you can count on them)
