I was trying to make a little change by being a guinea pig. I had to fly to Daytona Beach to get tested if I qualified for the medical test. Those people at facility sucked at getting a needle into my vein; they failed three times, gave me crazy sharp pain, then decided I didn't have good enough vein. Which I thought was bullcrap as I've been to hospital and getting blood drawn successfully or IV hooked up many times by skilled nurses at hospitals. The only ones couldn't do it was Very green new nurses. so I assume the people at the facility must be not that skilled , c minus students at the nursing school.

I stopped at the Chicago O'Hare airport on the way and had to stop at the Houston airport on my way back. The Long Walk between Gates were really killing me. I have been home about 3 days from the trip but my knee is still screaming

My eye was bothering me so much. It was scratched by orange boy back in January. It bothered me here and there but it became unbearable today so had to go to immediate care.

My leg is about the same. I just feel more pain on left foot as I try to compensate for the injured right knee and ankle.

Took more oxycodone because of the eye. Was told to follow up with eye doctor.

Got eye drops and in pain killer.

I had the anniversary of me getting hit on 5/19. Still have pain and limited mobility. Thing I could do in a few hours now takes a whole day. Often 2days if it's physically draining.

Pain is often too much that I can't work out. I just lose motivation.

Bathed old cat Jinx. He put up a fight. Poke a hole on my knee.

Wife rescued sick kittens. I bathed them and medicated them. Hope they will make it.

Seven keeps my spirit up. She really helps my depression.

Been over 2 weeks since Fostered family is gone. Everyone is missing them especially me and Pottattoo. They were my anti depressants. I find myself staying in bed more. Wonder KHS is going to let us have them back.

My wife claimed that she might have kidney stones; she was barely able to move. She was in too much pain to drive so I took her to the ER. I had visited the ER multiple times last year. The first time in this year.

Mowed Barbara's and mine the first time ever since the accident yesterday. Took me 2 hours and I am so worn out. My wife is still ill missed the work again. She is on painkillers and muscle relaxers. Was told to drink water more.

3/19

I was trying to pick up Pixie (gray girl cat) with the van from Brian's. I didn't get on the bike as I thought it might be too cold for Pixie in the carrier. Van started and got there fine but it wouldn't start back up. Sounded like it was low on the juice. I had a jump kit so I walked home to get it. The distance between Brian's and my home is about 0.8 miles. I walked back to Brian's with the kit right away. I had some pain meds so wasn't too bad. I thought about riding a bike to Brian's just in case, but didn't want to leave the bike out at Brian's and it's going to rain soon. The kit looked fully charged when I grabbed it but it apparently wasn't. Didn't have enough juice to jump the van. So I left it charged at Brian's. Got the cat in the carrier, walking back to my house. Pixie complained as started to rain a bit so I had the girl staffed in my beat up leather jacket. It would be close to 2.2 miles of walk at the end. I got cramps on my thigh and the butt, so much pain and I was about to either cry or collapse on the sidewalk then a former coworker of mine found me while she was dropping off her daughter for a band practice. She gave me a ride home. I was worn out. It really sucks the injury took away my endurance. I really felt like frail 90 years old man.

3/10. I guess I keep scratching the scab, it started to bleed. Had to pull out the old wound care box and putting all the dressing I had used before.

I rode and walked for 5 hours on the first weekend of this month. I didn't collapse during the trip or anything but definitely took a toll on my body. I was worn out, bed ridden next day. My back is also hurting. Feels like a nerve pinching.... anyway, the lack of endurance is almost as bothersome as pain on my ankle and the knee. Long way to recovery....

2/14 Back to utilizing wound care kit.... Got permanent disability placard for cars.

Purring supposed to help healing. But they tend to climb up on my leg, poking holes on it.

1/31 kittens tried to climb up my leg. Bleeding

Lost a kitten due to freak accident. He loved to climb on this leg poke holes in them.

He also scratched my eye ball, gave me corneal abration. He was cuter than a teddy bear. Couldn't stay mad at him

1/2/2025

I developed a habit of picking the dried skin. Often peeled too much. It started to bleed. What a dumb ass. It started to leave mark on my sheets while I was sleeping. I went back to what I had been doing the same wound dressing process I was doing 7 weeks ago.

I really don't have much feelings on the area so peeling too much was really unintentional. Surrounding area gets itchy. I often can't stop scratching. But I also feel the pain there. So scratching was easier to stop.

I don't know if it's the weather, but I get sudden pain on the knee. It gets harder to bend. Whole knee still feels like someone wrapped around my knee with bunch of duct tape. I tried to trim the excess dried skin that was peeling off. Since I have very little feelings on the area, I did but too much and drew blood...

I was cleaning the corner of the house. Got rid of potting soil and mulch that was piled up there, Repaired old cat tree, and vacuum and mop. Took like 3-4 hours. I was worn out. We are broke and my wife wants me to get a part time job. Not sure I am well enough to hold a part time job. My feet were on fire.

I have court tomorrow. Get to see the kid who hit me and caused all the injuries.

Went to my former workplace, East Hampton Apartments complex to use their spa and the sauna for rehabilitation. I was alone for about an hour I meditated while stretched being in the pain. It was quite nice till bunch of the kids showed up and screaming. Spent about two hours.

It's closed. Told to cover it up still as the skin is thin. I was able to take shower without the boot finally. Since 5/18. Felt weird.

Told to keep up the covering for a while and take protein and multi vitamins.

Told by a friend that apply the kanuba honey to protect the wound, less scarring. I don't really care what it looks as long as it's functional.
