Randi I swear to God, stop this. If you really honestly feel this way, don't just keep repeating it on here. There are people who will help you. People who are trying to help you if you would let them. You act like you want help but you never talk to me, or Kathryn, or Alecia, or anyone irl about this. Get help. My uncle killed himself in case you'd forgotten. It is one of the most painful things that has happened to my family. It still affects every single one of us. Yoyo hasn't been the same since Uncle Kenny killed himself. If you don't want to get help for yourself get help for your friends and family. We love you and couldn't bear it if you put us through that. If you feel depressed, I understand. I've been dealing with depression for a while now, and it seriously helps if you talk to someone for real. I chose to talk to my mom. There are plenty of people you can choose from who will help. It doesn't have to be me, but please, actually talk to someone. Okay? Love you.

Hey guys, I want to introduce you to one of my favourite people in the world, Miss Tammy. She’s the young adult librarian in my home town and a published YA author. Her Timber Wolves Trilogy, (Destiny Binds, Time Mends, and the newly released finale, Fate Succumbs) are an absolutely fantastic urban fantasy series. She also makes some pretty kick ass brownies.

Anyway, Miss Tammy has this really amazing project going on called “Hope Conquers” to help kids with cancer and other serious illnesses. Here’s a link to her blog post talking about it. (The link in the title goes straight to the actuall “Hope Conquers” page, not just her blog post.)

Basically, during the month of October, if you buy her book - Destiny Binds - for the Kindle, all the profits will go to the Ronald McDonald House. It’s a charity that helps out sick kids and their families. She has a link on her blog post that takes you to their website so you can check it out.

A second part to her project is to collect signed children’s and YA books to donate to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital. She has a link to their page too. What she’s hoping for is that every kid in the hospital could get a book to connect with. Not just the story, but with a note from the author to give them encouragement and let them know there’s someone rooting for them.

So check out the project. If you can, buy Miss Tammy’s book during October. If you know a published children’s or YA author, or are one, see about donating a signed book. Miss Tammy has contact info on her blog so if you have questions, you can ask her there.
