The "Biome SMP" is a fully scripted minecraft smp, featuring 12 players as they navigate through the harsh environments that surround them.
Some have it easier than others, spawning in peaceful biomes with plenty of resources. We call them the "eden".
However, the less fortunate of us-- the "castaways"-- struggle to survive, barely getting by through trading their items with others' and relying on the eden's charity.
At first, peace thrives, as players work together to make a better world for everyone.
However, things start to spiral out of control when the eden grows tired of their charity, and only get worse when a castaway is caught smuggling their resources.
What happens next? Well, there's only one way to find out.

The hospital is lowkey understaffed anyway so they’ll hire anyone that promises not to hurt the patients

Anomaly theory
Ok so im gonna assume that most of you guys already know the popular theory that intern is an anomaly. But how does that work? BEAR WITH ME ALRIGHT IM GETTING TO THAT POINT
For this theory, i hc that intern has always been an anomaly from the start, and was either planted in the hospital as part of an experiment/test or they just. Started working there one day and no one objected.
Intern could be keeping this a secret or they genuinely dont know theyre an anomaly. Potential angst here cpuld be if the other staff finds out and they have to choose whether to keep them alive or kill them.
Test subject theory
Ive seen another popular fan theory that goes something like "intern is actually a test subject like the other animal hospital patients or anomalies" which i also absolutely adore. THINK OF THE ANGST POTENTIAL.
Intern and secret agent couldve had an established relationship prior to intern visiting the hospital. But then they get experimented on which makes them the creepy, anomaly like entity we see now. Secret agent couldve volunteered to work at the hospital after hearing bits that their missing partner was there. Now theyre doing everything they can do keep both of them alive and figure out the hospitals secret so they can maybe, JUST MAYBE reverse what's been done to intern. Intern probably doesnt recognize secret agent and wonders why theyre being clingy sometimes and cold the other.
These two theories do have a grey area where they mix but the main difference between them would be that in the anomaly theory intern started off as an anomaly while in the test subject theory they started as a normal animal
This sorta ended up being less of m y headcanons and more like me mixing in my hcs with existing theories 😭😭
