سياسه الامل, هى سياسه حق التعايش, سياسه المشاركه و حب و احترام الاخر,  هى الصراحه و الشفافيه فى تعاملتنا اليوميه, هى حب الخير و حب الناس بعيدا عن حب المصلحه, هى حب العمل و اتقانه و ابداعه من اجل رقى بلدنا و مش بس عشان لقمه العيش, هي الانتماء لمكان ما و تأكيد للجذور, هى السعى و العمل متوكلين غير متواكلين, هى عدم السلبيه و تعليق شماعتنا على الغير و نقول اصل ربنا عايز كدا, هى محاربه البيروقراطية و الترهل الحكومي و فوت علينا بُكره , هى تشجيع المواهب و توزيع الخير على كل الناس, هى حق كل واحد بيشتغل و بيجتهد انه لازم يكبر عشان يكبّر غيره , هى العدل فى فرص العمل و التعليم و كل ما نحتاجه من اساسيات و حقوق الحياه. هى حق كل من تعلم ان يعمل و حق كل من يعمل ان يعيش فى ظروف مناسبه و ميشتكيش من قلة في الدخل و الموارد.
