The Innovation of Loneliness
What the Internet is Doing to Our Brains
A lot of people may have to live in a small place like this. This place is big enough for handstand pushups, dragonflies, and even burpees. Sorry for the low quality.
If you set in your mind the idea that you cannot get in the shape that you want, then I promise you that you will not be able to. You will never accomplish more than the self-set limits. Start to BELIEVE in yourself and your ability to ACCOMPLISH what you want. It is all possible as long as you are willing to pay the price to achieve your goals. BREAK THE MENTAL BARRIERS and move forward ! www.TheFrankMedrano.com â with Frank Medrano.
Breathing. I've been practicing and working on my breathing for over 7 years now - from Yogic Pranayama to (apnea) Breath-holding to martial arts breathing, to heavy-lifting oriented techniques to Russian concepts of hypo-breathing, oscillation breathing, inverted pattern breathing and more and more. I've devoted a lot of time to read, study, practice and improve this action we all repeat so many times throughout our lives. Breathing seems trivial. In a way it is. In other ways - it is definitely NOT. One of the people that exposed me to a lot of various techniques and approaches to breathing is my dear friend and teacher David(Dudi) Malka from the Shadow school of Yoga, a personal student of the venerate Shandor Remete (Natanaga Zhander). Dudi teaches in my home town of Haifa in Israel. Working on breathing is something that should be guided by a knowledgeable and experienced person but ultimately practiced... Alone. I teach various breathing techniques and incorporate it into my teaching from the start and into the advanced stages of development of my best and personal students. Breathing - the first movement you will do when coming into this world and the last one you will do when departing from it. (and a lot in between...) Rib cage rising and falling but so much to master. Stay on the move, ~Ido.

"Parkour" vs "Movement."
You may have known me through these terms. But what exactly is Parkour?
In a few words, Parkour is a method of moving from one point to another. Key traits are fast and efficient. Thatâs it? Well, thatâs most of it.
I donât do Parkour.Â
Hey is this some kind of an ironic statement? No, its not. Just because someone called it Parkour and he became famous for it doesnât mean thatâs what you should call it. For me, Iâd rather call it âmovementâ. Thus becoming limitless. This method I adapted since I was a kid is nothing new to this world. In fact, our ancestors were very far ahead of us when it comes to utilizing the human body. How many of you have experienced hunting for a living? Most people from where I live would never experience hunting for food. So maybe, I just donât call it Parkour.
We are a Depmoved culture. ~Ido Portal
Ido Portal is but one of my many inspirations. He clearly pointed out a very visible fact in this modern world. More and more people sink into a depmoved lifestyle. Yes we walk. We âmoveâ But we donât fully utilize our bodyâs potential. We limit ourselves with the confining comforts of easy living.Â
Iâm ecstatic to be an expert in tricking/freeruning.
Tricking, is awesome. Breaking the limits set by physics and fully utilizing oneâs potential to move the human body. Take that into a run and you get freerunning. Flips, twists, and combos. You might wanna see it for yourself. Go ahead. Look it up on YouTube.
Do Parkour.Â
Yes. Itâs where we start the journey anyway. The journey to limitless movement. Thatâs where you develop speed, strength, and a whole lot of technique. Start at home. Learn the basic strength conditioning. Look up proper forms of classic exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, and dips. Remember: what doesnât kill you makes you stronger.
Letâs become ninjas!
Well, not exactly that ninja. But real ninjas used advanced Parkour and freerunning moves. At where I am in the world, thereâs actually a place for you to learn this stuff. And no ninja has ever acquired these skills without a price. [I assure you, no rituals or blood pacts involved here.]Â
You can find them here.
About Me
I'm quite new to tumblr. I know it's been out there for a while but I haven't gotten the chance before. I just started blogging on Facebook and WordPress and I don't want to limit myself to just a few platforms. So here I am.Â
I'm an outgoing person. Sometimes, I tend to be reserved when not in the mood. Yes, I'm moody. I often find myself as a perfectionist. Which is one of my greatest strength and weakness.
