middle-earth fan-art will occasionally happen, especially when i do my every other year books re-read. but i'm mainly a semi-cartoony animal artist. i still draw middle-earth content regularly, but it's mainly of my LOTRO based oc's ;)

My artsy year in review!

Tolkien fan art took a major dive this year as April came around, as none have come out of my hand since. But Tolkien OC art went way up as I was brought back to the Lord of the Rings Online roleplay scene, and roleplay has always been a well on inspiration as I watch mine and other’s characters grow and interact. Another down turn that I hope to remedy next year was my deer oc story, as Flight Rising fan art held dominance for the middle part of 2022. (people who recognize that pun get 10000 food items) 

In general, I think this year was more productive than the last. Feedback grows steadily less each year alas as online platforms and social media sites keep screwing over and scaring off would be supporters and other artists with their walnut brained practices, but I’m also learning to just be happy drawing for myself and a few friends in the wake of everything. 

That being said, I appreciate and hold close to my heart every like, reblog, and comment <333
