Tattoo in an hour on my hand. It’ll be a disrupted few days recovering from it so I’m giving myself some grace this week with my workouts. Likely just walking after the first day.
I must remember to not stress about it.

Todays run walk intervals have kicked my butt for sure. But I’m glad I got it done.
Tomorrow I have my weight lifting session and my tattoo in the afternoon. I’m going to try to walk minimum 3 miles every day while it’s healing? But I might take Monday/Tuesday to let it recover. Since it’s on my hand i am not sure how recovery will look.
Weight spiked for my cycle to 162 (165 at one point??) and then back down to 159/8. I am not really doing anything out of the ordinary. I am just moving my body.
Crazy to think removing my birth control helped me lose some weight.
Day one of my cycle has hit me like a freight train. But I made sure to get up and move my body this morning.
Today’s practice was toasty! I love the wrist free yoga videos because it provides an emphasis on the legs 🥰
My game plan for the rest of the week:
Monday- yoga routine and 1 mile walk.
Tuesday- inclined walk/run. Hard workout. 1 mile walk.
Wednesday- stretching routine new video 45 minutes. Walk 1 mile.
Thursday- inclined walk ONLY. no running. Walk 1 mile at lunch and 1 mile walk down to meeting.
Friday- inclined walk/run or rest. 1 mile walk.
Saturday- inclined walk or rest
Sunday- weightlift
How it started vs. how it ended.

I am trying to change my routine and eat something before I work out now.
I did that and I couldn’t bring myself to continue. My body felt stiff, everything was heavy. So I went home. Frustrated.
Talked it over with S and went back to finish it.

Rest of the day I will still be moving around but no walk today. Cleaning, laundry, refresh around the house. It still counts as activity. ❤️

Found myself drowning in the to do list for today. And came home to my partner helping with some of that list. One because we are a team but two, just to help lighten the load.
I couldn’t be any happier. Even with my weigh up (due to the sodium from yesterday’s meal).
Grace. We must remember grace.
While I am at a 70% recovery, I absolutely demolished moving today.
My indoor run was challenging. The walk after was reward.
Now I am getting a nice lunch in myself and time to decompress for a bit.

My relationship with food has improved so much going into my 30s. Though my appetite has decreased, I find myself having less anxiety around food. I am getting more comfortable eating around people. Bit by bit, I improve each day.
First run back since last week.
My coworker got me sick and I decided to just focus on recovering my immune system and not working out.
Let’s see if I survive this.
I have to remember it is a privilage to move my body.
As someone who used to weight lift 4x a week heavy and run for an hour the other two days of the week, seeing these numbers bums me out sometimes.
I miss deadlifting heavy. But I can’t anymore due to my wrist. So I am doing healthy things for my wrists now.. one of which being taking it easy on how much weight I use while still making sure to move my body.
The workout schedule for the week includes:
Monday- 1 hour yoga (or rest if I am too sore)
Tuesday- 1 hour incline walk/run
Wednesday- 1 hour yoga
Thursday- 1 hour incline walk. No running. Just making sure to move my body. I want atleast 3 miles on this day!
Friday- 1 hour incline walk/run
Saturday- rest
Sunday- weight lift.

Saturday will be a comfort day for sure. Babe and I are driving out to IKEA to get some steps in and shop a little. And dinner is this amazing chicken spot near us. This is the only place I like getting chicken from. Most times it gives me the ick.
My side blog for logging my health/fitness things.
This is the lowest weight I’ve been in awhile. I was stuck at 162 for awhile but now the scale slowly trickles down. I am 5’9.
And my workout for this morning! 1 hour on the treadmill. Incline walk each 10 minutes from 3, 4, 5, 5, 4, 3 ranging from 3.8 speed to 4.0. Then at the 5,6, 9 and 10 minute marks I increase speed and run for those two minutes.
It was hard adjusting to this running speed. Before the cold of our winter truly kicked in I was running 6 miles pretty easily. Now with the air quality so bad I am thankful to just get in what I can.
