So recently after getting a through tragic and violent events I am now getting back to my schedules. fingers not working properly, wrists are painful and got hurt in legs as well. I suppose, everything is maya, our brain just forgets things that are very traumatic. However, unless those events are understood properly, they come to haunt you back once you go through any similar events.
