Inspired by Eryn's character and the tape recorder "Strings". These are snippets (in no particular order) from the past and future. After reading the linked post, search the tag ON THE BLOG.
[He should be clocking out sometime soon, but he has just been emptied out his bag over his desk. He's tried post-its, a dedicated notebook, now he wants to glue some improvised posters on the wall. In case carrying object themselves turns out to be the problem.
He's standing over his desk and brainstorming. Be brief, but don't leave out details. There are no patters, but maybe map out any recurring symptoms anyway?? Don't sound pretentious, like you're demanding everyone's understanding, but be firm. Don't make it sound terrifying, even if it is. Even if it is. And sometimes - more often than he wants to admit tonight - he likes when it is. He knows what he's heard other people call it, "feeding," but to him it doesn't feel like that. Does a lightbulb feed on electricity? It's another one of those feelings he can't describe... That he should be trying to put down on paper now, for other people to understand.
Like he hasn't tried a million times before.
He swallows and adds another line to the draft,
"6. Be (adequately) afraid."
then crosses it out and tries again.
"6. Being afraid It's okay to I do not expect you to react calmly and I do not blame you."
