What's bootblacking?

Bootblacking is the practice of caring for boots, shoes, and other leather apparel (so says bootblack wiki lol). 

In a larger sense it is caring for your Dom’s leathers - whatever that means for them. Boots, impact implements, leather apparel, etc. It is an act of useful service but it is also a meditative space where you care for your Dom’s property. There are some specific practices that are associated with Leather BDSM subculture but people also personalize the role that kind of service might have in their own dynamic.

I made my own version of Black Gold today.

I used the remainder of a pretty well loved tin of Lincoln Black, Fiebings Aussie beeswax conditioner, and a tiny bit of Huberd's Shoe Grease.
