Meet Wilco the kitten! He may have been Born Alone in Poor Places, but having him in your house is How To Fight Loneliness (At Least That's What You Said). "Please Be Patient With Me. I'm Misunderstood" says the kitty. "Remember, I'm The Man That Loves You. One Sunday Morning, when we are laying on the couch--Just You and I--or when you toying me with a laser pointer (Light? What Light??), I won't Hate It Here. In fact, I'm Always In Love. Let's go for a ride, I'll take the Passenger Side. Perhaps we can drive to Three Floyds, Via Chicago. On Monday, when you're back at work, I'll be Outtasite (Outta Mind), but when you return, I'll be so happy, I Must Be High."

Marriage is like a road. When it's new, it's fast, bold, smooth. Brightly painted lines guide the way. Telling one where to go, or more importantly, where not to. As the road ages, the lines fade. The shoulder crumbles towards the forest. Potholes appear, get filled, and return overnight. A weed sprouts. Then another. Soon, more. Yet the tired road advises, "Be prudent. Carelessness will not be tolerated. Exercise caution and I will safely get you to your destination." Thank you, @cheersmilwaukee, for riding alongside me for twenty years. The road may be rough and not easy to see, but I am happy. You remain beside me; we're going in the same direction, somewhere. Sometimes just to see what's around the next corner. I'm looking forward to our ongoing journey, no matter how rugged the road. Happy anniversary. I love you.
