I had to cut some connections in exchange of peaceful life. I had to distance myself because I don't need toxicity. I had no longer the energy to keep meaningless friendships, forced interactions and unnecessary conversations. I just needed to restore my sanity and I didn't owe anyone an explanation for taking care of myself, my reservation.
