Sometimes when I leave work and I'm tired. I might head towards the train. Then I say to myself. "I should just at least walk to 59th street". Then I get there and be like "I probably should just go a little more". Which gets me to 70th, 71st. Then I say to myself "Well I've already got this far, might as well just walk to 86th street". See what I did there. I convinced myself on reasons to DO something vs reasons not to. I do what we all do, I made excuses. Just good ones! #WalkItNation #ViLife #Project10Challenge #weightlost

Sometimes you do something for yourself but you make it public and keep talking about it. Then when you don't know it, you end up doing something for others as well by your example. After being told this I can't slack off, people watch so I'll lead by example. A year has passed since my first 90 days. And I've accomplished some things. But it isn't over.
