Chicago Fire has the opportunity to do something magical with Violet and Lizzie, and give us PROPER Bi Representation.

These two have INSANE chemistry, they would be stupid not to do something.

They are literally out of an Ao3 “Best Friends and Co-Workers” fan fiction. From the way they protect each other, to the pep talks and the way they look at each other…they would be so cute!

I know Hanako and Jocelyn can only do so much with what they’re given in scripts, but the fact they care SO MUCH, and are willing to give us GORGEOUS subtext with their acting choices, I’ll take it.

I was thinking Novaks “surprising love life” may be her exploring her sexuality but i don’t think it’ll be with Violet, at least not right now.

I see Novak as free spirited enough to be bi or pansexual, for sure. Maybe the surprise will be the rest of 51 finding out about it? I thought perhaps Violet finding out would intrigue her and cause her to see Novak differently, maybe romantically?

I'm convinced that Chicago Fire is going to at least tease a romance between Violet and Novak. The hints are there, their chemistry is on fire (pun intended) and the latest press release mentions Novak's 'surprising love life'. I'm all in for it and already prepping fic ideas. What do you think?
