This 6″*50 cigar had a beautiful smooth wrapper with just the right amount of oily sheen. It is smooth, with a nice even cap. It has a complex tobacco blend, but it is still a Dominican Puro. The secret weapon of this cigar is the “mystery” tobacco that makes up the heart of this cigar. The Andullo tobacco that runs through the middle of the cigar is a tobacco…

Psyko Seven: Toro Part Two.
Those of you that read my initial posting of this cigar, know that I gave it a mediocre rating, and why I did so. The cigar shop that I bought them at gave me a few more to replace the ones that could not be smoked, which was nice of them. I really appreciated them standing behind the product they sell, not all places would have done that.
With that being said. I…

This 6.25*48 cigar smells great from both the wrapper and the foot of the cigar. The scent from the foot is of strong tobacco and spice. Upon lighting this cigar up, a few things become evident.
In both cigars I tried of the same size, there was strong hints of spice, some wood, and the unfortunate taste of a cigar that is rolled to right.
I tried to smoke both…

Those of you who read my instagram, and blog ratings, know I am not a fan of Drew Estates. I find that to me, the cigars are overrated. Since I do not play favorites, I give honest assessments of the cigars I smoke. With that being said, I am always hesitant to smoke Drew Estates because people were upset at my last rating for one of their cigars. With that…

This 6*60 cigar is interesting because the candy cane/barber pole duel wrapper is a green Candela wrapper and a Maduro Habano wrapper. Two completely different taste profiles on opposite ends of the strength spectrum.
They should not work together. Yet, they do.
Two cigars were smoked for this review, and both double toros had different taste and feel. The…

Brick House Maduro: Mighty Mighty
This dark, thick cigar is densely packed, and feels substantial. That is about where the excitement for the cigar ended. This cigar has been sitting in my locker for a year. The wrapper feels smooth and oily, and smells excellent.
Then I sparked it up.
The cigar immediately burst after a few puffs while being lit up. The wrapper started to…

Two cigars were smoked for this review.
This 6*60 cigar is cloaked in a smooth, oily, chocolate colored cuban-seed Maduro wrapper, that feels good to the touch. The cigar is densely packed, and is one of those cigars that just feels heavy and thick.
Upon being lit, you get dense, abundant amounts of smoke. This cigar is strong, but not…

Anoranzas Gran Toro
I have been slacking on my blog and cigar ratings, I need to catch up. What better way to do that, but with a great cigar.
Now Rating: Añoranzas-Gran Toro.
One of the things that I have noticed in cigars recently is that they are being blended to deliver one taste, no change, what you get is what you get. You do not have that with this cigar. This Gran Toro 6*60 cigar is solidly packed, full of…
